I like this product as a source of turmeric and curcumin. Tablets that are easy to swallow. I take 3 at a time with one swig of liquid, with no problem. Don't assume that you can take 3 at a time though. I'm able to swallow 6-10 500 mg caps at a time like nothing. :) But generally speaking, they are easy to swallow. Since I've been using it, I can stand and sit with less joint discomfort. This could be why. Disclaimer: I'm a supplement junkie though and take several things that are reputed to lessen joint pain. I'm sure this supplement is one reason why though. We know real turmeric/curcumin has many benefits including alleviating joint pain. I can taste the tablets before I swallow them and they are real turmeric.

It’s packed with everything you need without the extra that most pills offer you like a capsule.. you can take 2 and make tea with it, and take them as you would any other oral pills. I rarely write a review on anything but this REALLY WORKS...I have been suffering from severe body pain for over 5 years, since I underwent a year 1/2 of chemotherapy. I have been on pain medication which really doesn't even cut the pain, cbd and every kind of product you could image. A friend recommended that I try Tumeric, I searched for the most organic and true compounds and found TRUVANI. I ordered it directly from TRUVANI, which was higher than ordering from Amazon. This WORKS, it takes the inflammation away which is what causes your pain. I have been taking this now for 8 weeks and I only take 1 pain med at nighttime. It has also increased my energy level, which was at zero! I saw results within 3 days of taking this. I only take in the morning and nighttime, but if I am having big pain day I take 1 mid day as well. Tumeric and Curcumin work together and this is the best! Try it...you will not be disappointed.

With a damaged knee from a car accident I need anti-inflammatoires but prescription drugs are dangerous with side effects. Looking for a natural substitute I looked into Turmeric/ Curcumin. An ad directed me to TRUVANI. After taking the TRUVANI brand turmeric daily for three weeks I am pleased that the swelling and pain in my knee has been reduced greatly. At first I was concerned that the tablets would be hard on my stomach but they are easy to digest. I’m very pleased with this product.

Great product. As a 50-year-old Oma who is active with her grandbabies this product works great. The suggested serving is 3 per day. I only take 2 per day to help the bottle last longer. I went on a business trip and forgot to pack this and by day 3 I could tell a difference! I recommend this and all Truvani products! (try the Only Bars - Cherry is my favorite)

I have arthritis and inflammation issues. I have been searching for a good Turmeric, so when I saw that Truvani was offer a special buy 1 get 2 free promotion I took them up on it. I love that they are organic in a small, easy to swallow pill with no taste. I've read so much about how good Turmeric/Curcumin is for people with auto-immune conditions and I am looking forward to incorporating them into my vitamin regimen. I haven't taken them long enough to notice a real difference but, based on other reviews I've read, I have high hopes that some of my aches and pains will diminish. It would be an added bonus if helps with my cholesterol numbers too! Thanks Truvani for creating a great Organic supplement that benefits not only me but others too.
