Our ceiling light fixture is an old model, but worked until the bulb burnt out. After extensive searching, I found this replacement bulb on Amazon. Pricey, but much less expensive than a new light fixture! (That’s why I gave it a 5-star on value for money) Plus, it works perfectly and once again, we have a bright light in our downstairs study.

I used it in my Kitchen ceiling light

I bought this to replace a circle light with a 45 degree pin. This worked instead if replacing entire light. As someone else mentioned just flip it over if your cord is long enough. My biggest issue with this light is it’s not that bright.

The bulb arrived a few days after I ordered it. I had no problem with the installation. It works and provides adequate light for my hallway.

Moved into a house with all kinds of light fixtures and appliances hodgepodge together. If I had the knowledge, I’d rip out this light and replace it with a simple light bulb light fixture. Bought this replacement light because home depot didn’t carry it and that’s the extent of home improvement stores where I live. Bought it in the ending of February, installed it in March and it burnt out in October.

After reviewing many resources, I found out TC55W is no longer available. I bought this and it was exactly what I needed to replace a hallway light fixture. Only installed a few weeks so not sure how long it will last. Last bulb lasted over 13 years.

Add a new comment:Hall light. It worked. Hoping the bulb will last because we saw reviews that this bulb lasted only a few days. Our original bulb lasted almost 10 years.It’s January 11, 2022 today - this bulb worked only for half a year.
