Yes. The positive on the connector end is protected when unplugged. Red is positive. Black negative.

Will this work with a Schumacher charger/maintainer?

It will work with any charger with a universal 2 apron plug I think they are all the same I have 5 different ones it works with all of them

can it fit Bosch C7 Battery Charger ?

I don't think so, but if you're willing to do a little cutting and splicing you could modify the output connductors of your charger with one of the charger cords and use the other for the QD on the battery you want to charge. The black and red color coding on the wires will be goofed up at the connectors but as long as you make your permanent attachments on the battery correctly there is only one way to mate the connectors.

They could plug into each other, but I DON'T recommend it. It will reverse the colors and polarity to what you want to power. If you're looking to make it longer, splice the needed length in our of red/black zip code. Simple and no confusion on polarity.
