Best ever
I have tried alsorts of remedies and medication for Sinus issues but nothing worked long term. Saw this product and read reviews but thought what the hell I have nothing to lose! I must admit that the treatment is strange, a little painful and the sneezing is extreme but it worked almost immediately. I had something stuck at the back of my nose for ever, which wouldn't budge, this removed it on the first go, I was stunned I felt it come away, it was gross! I completed the treatment and the pain and sneezing eased over the time in used, it has been nearly 6 months since I used and have only just started to experience Sinus issues again, so I went to reorder and this is not available, please add it back on, I have recommended it to ppl I know with Sinus issues and my daughter used it and she had the same results, and we both said we needed to reorder. Can recommend this enough but be warned do follow the instructions to the tea!

It works for me!
I've suffered from sinusitis for many years and I turn to Nasodren whenever my sinuses need a complete reboot.I first tried Nasodren back in 2015, as none of products that were available through the pharmacy worked for me. My immediate thought was that it was much stronger than anything I had ever tried. My sinuses were in a pretty bad state at the time and I was pretty desperate so I decided to stick with the spray despite the pain and the sneezing fit that followed each application. I'm glad I did! My symptoms eased after about 7 days and I started to feel much better. I actually ended up buying a second bottle, as I could see that it was working and that my sinuses just needed a little bit more cleansing. My sinuses were fine for the past six years and I managed to maintain them with just nasal rising but I've recently been quite ill and it had an impact on my sinuses. All the usual sinusitis symptoms returned and it was time to buy another bottle of Nasodren to fix this. I'm now on day 6 with the spray and my symptoms are almost completely gone. I don't like applying Nasodren, because of the sneezing and runny nose, but at the same time I look forward to it each night. I know that just a few more applications and then my sinuses will be better and my life can return to normal. Here is what I do to make it less painful and to speed up the healing process:1. I do nasal rinsing before each Nasodren application. This was actually a tip from my ENT specialist. If you rinse your sinuses first then this will allow the spray to do its job.2. I hold my breath before I apply the spray.3. I hold my head vertically and push the spray nozzle all the way up in my nostril. This minimises the burning sensation in my nose and the spray goes straight to my sinuses.4. After I've applied the spray in both nostrils in very quick succession, I carry on holding my breath for about 10 seconds. This seems to help reduce the pain.5. I brush my teeth and gargle with warm (sea) salty water. I tend to do a lot of coughing when I have sinusitis and I find that doing this extra steps helps with the coughing.6. During the first couple of nights if I can't sleep because of my sinusitis then I take an Actifed, which can give me about 4 hours of restful sleep. Don't get addicted to it though! I find that after a couple applications of Nasodren I start sleeping better again. Actifed stops your mucus production, which is very much needed for clearing your sinuses, so I don't take it during the day.7. I drink plenty of water, do some gentle stretching/exercise and get lots fresh air during the day.I have to say that I have a relatively high threshold for pain so this might not work for everyone but I just wanted to share what I've learnt on my sinusitis journey so far. Good luck and I hope you'll find a solution that works for you!

This spray hurts & stings real bad 😢
I followed the instructions & fortunately I only sprayed up my right nostril because it hurt so bad. It stung the inside of my sinus tubes & it was agony. My right eye was watering & blood shot after this then my neck & back of my head was aching but I have to admit it worked. A whole lot of phlegm came down but I couldn’t do this again. Not worth the pain & not recommend at this high price. I am going through peri menopause so don’t get mixed up with the different types of headaches. Use a saline rinse first, if not much snot comes out don’t use it. It’s like pepper up yer beak. I was seeing orb like floaters in my right eye like a string of pearls so I know for sure it’s fungal. Flucanizole for a few says clears this up. Fungal infections are not as rare as my doctor told me. Use Mullein for ear pain & the tea tree oil fights fungal infections. I am half German so maybe 🤔 I’m predispositioned to fungal infections but they sure know their treatments.

In two minds
2 years ago I started to suffer from a congested nose which came with having sinus issues during the summer period and it's happened every year.I have tried many product on the market, steroid, hayfever, essential oil & instant relief nasal spray. All worked in terms of relief but never really cured as each have their cons.Im still on my mission to find the perfect product which is why I bought this product even with the reviews.First thing I will say, this product is not for children or anyone with a low pain threshold, this spray is like essentially putting chilli powder up your nose or if you ever experienced coming into contact with a pepper spray you will know the feeling.I must say it did clear up my nasal passage for now, nose is running like a tap but it took approx 15 min for the pain/irritation to calm down your eyes may feel a little itchy aswell.Unfortunately as I'm writing in day 2, my nose became congested after 2 hours so I had to resort to using my instant relief sprays.Note: You have to mix the saline solution bottle with the powdered bottle which then has to be screwed into the nasal spray top.

Amazing in combination with other sinusitis treatments
Been using it for the last 14 days. Almost every day, but missed twice or three times. Tremendous help, i can breath at night now and it has almost cleared my sinuses. It stings a lot at first, then the unpleasant feelings subside. It's not pleasant but it's really worth it. I've been suffering from sinusitis (CRS) for over 20 years, tried lots of stuff over these years with little relief, several surgeries back in Russia, various steroid sprays both over the counter and prescribed by GP, antibiotics. Finally was referred to ENT in a top UK hospital (UCLH) and was put on maximal medical therapy (two 6- week courses of low dose antibiotics, first Doxycycline and then Clarithromycin, Dymista steroid spray and warm saline irrigation twice a day). After about four months, the relief wasn't significant and the doctor said they would do an (ESS) surgery. After I added Nasodren to all that, I improved dramatically, with only some minor discharge left on one side. The doctor examined me today and said that it looks so much better, that he stopped antibiotics and cancelled the surgery. He said he would look into Nasodren to see if other patients with similar conditions will benefit from it. I will now take a break for 10 days and then will buy another dose of Nasodren to get rid of residual symptoms, then maybe another one if needed. I would rather get some violent sneezing for 15 minutes for two weeks, then undergo full on surgery under general anaesthetic. However it might not work for people with similar conditions (long-term chronic sinusitis) if used on its own. And some unlucky people might be allergic to it. I actually tried similar products with cyclamen such as Sinuforte and even home-made drops before (without added antibiotics, steroid spray and saline washings), and it burned and hurt as hell and wasn't even remotely as helpful as Nasodren is now. So it should be a combination of all of the stuff I've been taking I guess. Plus maybe an antihistamine component in Dymista steroid spray (which I use twice a day) makes my reaction milder as well.

It works little spray is enough 1 x day intol clears
This is the only spray I have used that actually works. I would use it again better than even steroid spray from GP.I had a severe upper respiratory infection of sinusitis and laryngitis that caused my throat and nose to swell as anti biotics didnt work and so ended up in hospital not something I wanted to happen again especially as after this back in Jan 2020 covid19 hit the UK. because the infection was so bad has left me with scaring to nasal tissue so now get flare ups of sinusitis. It does say u may feel slight burning but it is slight and if painful u are spraying to much into each nostril u only need a small spray up each nostril. Then it feels like something is irritating the inside of your nose wiggle my nose to get it to top of my nose to area that becomes blocked. It does make u sneeze sometimes but after that u can breath up your nose to get spray into back nasal passages and within a min it starts to clear your nose if there is a infection there u can see when u blow your nose if it's just blocked for other reasons ie dust hayfever etc it will clear the nose. You do only need 1 spray a day .I would not bother with steroid or other sprays again. I used it for about 5 days and after that have not needed to use it again atm. If the problem keeps coming back though i would see your GP as maybe not sinus issue but otherwise def a yes from me as clears my nose so I can breath .

Like being pepper sprayed
I really wanted to like this product - I get sinusitis a lot, so obviously wanted it to work. It did work in the sense that it made my nose pour for ages, but in terms of the sinusitis I think it actually just made me feel worse for a while tbh.I followed the instructions and did not inhale, but it was still immediately painful, caused loads of sneezing - frankly it was awful. It got easier after about half an hour, but I still felt ill from it the next morning.I’d liken it to chilli peppers - some people can tolerate the stronger one, others can’t. This was just too much for me; it felt like how I’d imagine being pepper sprayed to feel. If I could tolerate it enough to use it more than once... *maybe* I could see it working... But it’s definitely not for me. Sorry.
