Why won't the sticky pad stay attached to my car dashboard?

Interior car wax destroys adhesive bonding. Please clean your dash with alcohol to remove wax, press the pad firmly on the surface, and wait 24-72 hours for adhesive to fully cure before attaching the suction mount.
