Runs quietly and works well. Looks like good quality. Installed easily. We have been using it over a month with no problems at all.

If you have a brain a screw driver and a YouTube video you can.
Easy to install, so easy two girls and a YouTube video was all we needed, oh and a flat head screw driver. Took a couple extra trips to the hardware store, because the former home owner didn’t install the one that died correctly.

Pump almost burned my house down
I bought it in September of 2022. In March of 2024, I could smell something burning. It was coming from my sump pump. I could see smoke rising from it. I quickly unplugged it. I feared MY HOUSE WOULD BURN DOWN. I do not recommend anyone buying this product. My previous sump pump lasted 20 years. This one lasted 1 1/2 years.

poor quality control
got this pump delivered as a replacement for the one that was still being used but was showing signs of failure.. Finally, it did & I made time to swap & this new pump will NOT shut off! I go to find out that the warranty window is only 30 days and I'm at 60 days.. Stupid junk!

Good product
Bought as an in-kind replacement. Very easy to set up outside of the sump. Switch design was improved from old one. Don't forget to replace your check-valve.

did not work
bought as a backup for 1st pump in Jan 2022. Tested it and ran great. Went to test it yesterday, 7/28,24 and all it did was hum. Locked up. Not even one full minute run time. Obviously something corroding which shouldnt be. And no, there was no pebble or such jamming up the impellor. Cant say this is a quality pump.

The limit switch clicked on and no motor then after a bit of whining noise kicked in and motor got super hot
