Worked great!
Works are described. Comes with a diode but I did not use it. Not sure what it's for. Product has 2 black leads so I am guessing polarity doesn't matter because it worked on my first try. I didn't switch the polarity to test. Definitely would buy this again. Works just as well as the expensive ones. It's worth it to do a retrofit at this price also.
