Stylish and efficient
I bought this kettle for it unique style and colour. I love it! It is made well and works well.pours well an is easy to fill and hold.

Beautiful, but sprung a leak after only two months! Heartbroken : (
The most beautiful kettle we've ever owned. We paid far more than we would do for a kettle but thought we would splurge as it was a work of art for our remodelled kitchen. Sadly after not quite three months of light use (my partner is the only tea drinker in the house!), it now leaks profusely from the bottom and is not useable. We're having to boil water on the hob! This is not what we'd expect from such a respected brand and high-priced item. It is flimsily made - the lid doesn't open and close easily and cheap plastic used for the handle. Have asked for a refund although my heart would like to give it another go : (

Reklamation Wasserkocher
Habe den Wasserkocher ca.1,5 Jahre.Also noch Garantie.Er ist defekt.Habe es den Verkäufer über Amazon gemeldet.Er hat mich an den Hersteller in Italien verwiesen. Da ist ein Protokol zum hinschicken auf Englisch.Mein Enkelkind hat mir geholfen beim ausfüllen. Immer wieder erscheint die Meldung die Seriennummer ist falsch,obwohl sie richtig ist laut Gerät.Das habe ich 2mal den Verkäufer gemeldet,ohne Antwort. MfG.: Joachim
