Aveeno Stress Relief Body Lotion is my nightly ritual now! The lavender scent is so calming and not at all artificial smelling — it really does help me wind down before bed. The formula absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue and my skin feels soft and moisturized all night. I have dry skin and this keeps it hydrated for 24 hours. The 12 oz bottle lasts a good while too. I love that it's made with oat extract which is so gentle and soothing. Will definitely keep buying!

Purchased on basis of reviews. Needed help with sleep and to relax so I can get to sleep. Found scent pleasant but faint. The affects of the lavender scent, that is supposed to be therapeutic, had no affect at all. Perhaps could have been a bit stronger not overwhelming where it causes headaches. Nice lotion for the skin but for me served no purpose. Sent back. Try other mindfulness approaches I've tried and work. Continue with these. Perhaps those that say it helps with sleep is more sensitive to the mild scent.

This is my favorite lotion. Moisturizes well doesn’t leave greasy feeling. Has a great smell the guys at work think I put on perfume. But it smell is not overwhelming.

I found this lotion quite heavy, a cream rather than a lotion, and not easily absorbed, requires some effort to rub in and left me feeling a little greasy. The other problem is the spout, you twist to unlock it but it doesn't pop-up, stays at the same low level making a bit difficult to get your palm under the spout.
