Q: is anyone else’s tree leaning forward?

Yes, the stand is very flimsy and can't support the weight of the tree. I got by the first year, but the stand completely collapsed the second year.

Q: how much does this weigh?

Not 100% sure but I will guess 22 - 25 lbs.

Q: What size screws go into the base? we lost ours and want to replace them.

There are 3 screws that look about 1/4 inch in diameter and about 3 inches long. Maybe you could get some from the tree company?
