I'm a long-time user of vacu vin stoppers to keep my red and white wine in good condition for the day after, so I thought it sad that I didn't have anything I could use to keep my Prosecco bubbly. Looking at the various products on offer I chose this one because it seemed to be a simple, elegant design at a reasonable price. A couple of reviewers had mentioned that the metal was a bit thin so I was a little worried that it might prove to be too shoddy to be of much use. I need not have worried. The design is simple and functional and the construction is perfectly solid for the duty required. Most importantly, when I release the stopper the day after first opening, or even the day after that, there's a satisfying "pop!" that tells me the seal is good and I find that my sparkling wine is still sparkling away in the bottle just as it was when first opened.

Wow these work great. I have left them on for 2 weeks and they champagne was was still fresh with all the bubbles. Very durable . I have even purchased some for gifts they work so well. They are a great stopper. They look fine . Made well. Price is reasonable for what you get.

I am a big champagne/prosecco gal. If I open a bottle I don’t always want to finish the whole thing and previous stoppers I’ve used never keep the bubbles fresh. These stoppers are top notch! They’re easy to use and keep my Prosecco fresh for days. We even take them with us on vacation because they’re so small and will keep bottles fresh on the go. I see these used at restaurants as well and I can see why. They keep the taste and carbonation perfectly. Highly recommend!

Opened a champagne bottle and immediately corked it with this, and have been doing the same for days now. As others have mentioned, it’s not very well-made, but so long as you remove the device by pulling on the stopper, not the spring top, and be gentle with it, you should get plenty of use from it. Coming in a three pack, it will pay for itself with the champagne it saves. Champagne has remained very bubbly in the three days I’ve had this.

I bought this for resealing bottles of champagne that I use to make mimosas on the weekends. It provides a nice airtight seal on the bottle that prevents the champagne from losing carbonation.I put one of these on a magnum (1.5L bottle) of champagne a week ago and laid it on its side in my fridge - zero leakage.Fair warning - because these hold in the carbonation and you compress it slightly, it releases with a pop similar to when you remove a cork in the first place - the first time I wasn't expecting that and it flew loose.Overall it performs exactly as I'd hoped.

Works really well to stopper opened sparkling wine or champagne. So easy to use and really keeps the fizz in when sitting in the fridge, even for a few days.
