the best white chocolate. I TRULY appreciate how carefully packed the item was, especially in this scorching summer heat. they double wrapped it in foil bubble padded envelopes with plenty of ice packs. absolutely zero melting. all of my chips were in tact and fresh. if they keep that up, i would definitely buy again with no hesitation.

If You're Going To Use White Chocolate, Why Not Get The Best?
Sure, there are cheaper brands of "white chocolate," but have you looked at their ingredients list? Honestly, who thinks palm oil or coconut oil is the same as white chocolate? The Callebaut brand comes from Belgium and you simply won't find a better tasting white chocolate. This stuff is perfect for any recipe which calls for white chocolate, but you'll also find yourself grabbing some to pop in your mouth--it's just that good! When used in cooking you'll also find that it easily melts just the way you want. One note of caution, though. Although it shipped in an insulated package with a couple of freezer packs, you might want to be cautious about ordering in the middle of a heatwave, so you don't end up with a melted mess.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company should be banned from selling on Amazon. The white chocolate chips arrived totally unusable because they were melted. I didn't want a refund but a replacement. This 5lb bag of white chocolate chips costs $80. The seller would neither send a replacement nor refund me. They are ripping people off and should be banned from selling until they figure out a way to ship their chocolate products properly. If they cannot guarantee that their product will arrive in usable condition, they should not be selling it. THEY ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF
