My Osterizer blender is at least 40 years old. It doesn't get much use, but my husband used it recently, and when I washed it, I found that the old seal was stuck onto the blade base, and when I tried to remove it, it tore. The new seals fit perfectly. The material is different from the original, but that is probably a plus. I haven't tried to use it, but I am confident that it will seal the jar perfectly.

I almost didn't do this review. I mean how excited can you get over o-rings. They do what they're supposed to do. If you need them buy them

I think these rings are good for their price. I like that they came in a package of 3. I have 2 of the rings left. I guess I should mention that I no longer have this blender anymore. It broke down a couple of months ago. When I got the rings I replaced the original one that I had lost to it getting ground up in my blender. The ring I replaced it with lasted about 3 or so day's and then somehow slipped from where it was at and got ground up in the blender like the original. But like I stated above I still have 2 of the rings left I'm giving these rings 4 Stars out of 5 and think they do what their supposed to do and think it's a great price especially for 3 of them!!!

Works perfectly for Oster blenders

Bought for an old 1980's Osterizer blender. It fit perfectly to replace lost original gassket. Quality is good, gasket is pliable and feels the adequate thickness.

The old one was a thin band so I was very nervous trying this one because the band was thick but turns out it fits perfect and works 10x better!!! Such a good deal getting 3 in a pack {

These are great!!!. I wasn't all that pleased with my "Expensive" blender when I got it. I don't use blenders a whole lot, so I just I kept. One thing I don't like about the blender is the spinning parts metal bottom doesn't stay flat and true. It's curved some because of my tightening it on over the years. This has caused it to start to leak a little. Plus the overall design of the machine didn't help. If the bottom is the slightest bit loose, it leaks through the short, thick threads on the glass container. If you have my model, you know what I mean by bad design in that if you put the container on too far from the stoppers it will actually unscrew the bottom off when you turn it on, making a mess, because of the short, wide threads. Like I said, BAD design. Any way. I bought a set of these and they've been great. They are thicker than the one that came with my blender. And since I got 3, I actually put one on the bottom and also one on the top of the metal spinning cutter assembly thingy, sealing both sides when I tighten it. It lifts the metal away from the motor connection somewhat, but not enough to cause a problem. Having two of these on, I no longer get any leaking at the bottom, so long as I sit the container close to the turn stoppers. Glad I found them, and they came in a 3 pack.

Fits my old Oster blender perfectly, doesn't leak and all three in the package were new and without defect. Our old o-ring was cracked and stained, it's good to know I can find them easily here for a good price.

These came quickly so I could use my blender again. They were new and worked well. Plus I had extra so if the ring broke again, I had spares to replace it with quickly. I would recommend this to anyone looking to replace the rings to be able to use their equipment again without replacing the whole blender.
