A couple years ago, I had bought another of these cheap China cameras for my son. When it arrived, I was amazed by the picture quality and video recording quality of that camera. Having that positive experience, I decided it was time to try one of these action cams for myself.To begin, the packaging is sturdy and of a high quality. Yeah, I didn't buy it for the packaging, but the fact they put enough care into it, I believe translates to the product included. It was a little difficult to get the camera off of the sled attachment at the top of the box, but it did come off. All accessories that were advertised were included in the package. These accessories included:the camera, waterproof housing, additional skeleton door for waterproof housing, voice activated remote, 360* rotating release buckle (this is what the camera is mounted with in the packaging), 360* vertical rotating release buckle, 1 curved and 1 flat mount with adhesive pads, 1 battery, micro USB cable, manual, cloth bag, and cleaning cloth.These are enough to get you started, but for any normal mounting type situations, it didn't come with any mounting hardware for, say, a handlebar or head mount. However, the hardware included is very durable, and fits with a majority of gopro accessories. I purchased a Kaxionage GoPro accessory kit as well from Amazon, and with that and this camera, you pretty much have it all.The camera interface is very intuitive, and is easy to find and adjust the settings for the camera. The two features that are most intriguing are the image stabilization and distortion correction (anti-fisheye). You can easily turn these on or off in the settings. One of the things we didn't like so much about the my son's original camera was the fish eye view on all the videos. Well, ThiEYE T5 EDGE has fixed that, with the excellent anti-distortion feature that truly works.Another nice feature is the anti-wind noise distortion, although when testing it, we didn't notice a significant difference. It may have been our situation, though, and I haven't had the opportunity to test the wind-distortion dampening feature again. Additionally, it has options for motion, time lapse, multi-shots, and many more options for fine tuning your shot.The audio recording is pretty good, but is basically mute with the waterproof housing on, and even switching the backplate out to the skeleton housing, it was still very quiet. So, for any really good audio, you would need to use it with out the casing.I also felt the battery life was a bit short, but we were continuously shooting in about 5° f conditions. I would recommend purchasing an additional battery from the get go.Finally, the remote control is both push button or voice activated voice. The push buttons work well, and pairing was effortless following the manual's instructions. The voice activation seems to have a bit of latency, but once you got into the "rythm", works well. My only issue is the commands are not intuitive as to the verbiage. To start, you must say "Action start recording" but to stop, you have to say "Action stop shooting", which just doesn't roll off the tongue so well. But that could just be me, and other's may not find it to be an issue.So, my overall impressions are very positive, and I have been enjoying the stunning pictures and quality audio from this camera.

A lot of positives can be said about the camera, but short battery life and it gets stuck on the boot up screen quite often. It could be a great camera, but is not.

Go-pros are very expensive and we all try to find the next best thing. That's when I found the ThiEYE Action Camera Native, I love that you can adjust all of the features to your desire. I prefer to leave the stabilization out and focus on getting ride of the fish eye on the lens, It works great. You will have to choose either Stabilization or Distortion Off, it can't do both at the same time. The camera works best in lighted location such as outside vlogging. I love that it is so small you can conceal it pretty easily. I like that you can replay videos. The downside is you cannot hear the volume at full level, you can hear little whispers. You have to connect it to your device to actually replay the video and listen to what you said during recording time. I also love that you can turn off sounds so that when you press buttons/turn on you can't hear anything. You can also adjust Shut off times so that if you forget that your cameras on it can shut down depending on the time limit do you adjust it to. I have trouble sometimes looking through the videos and choosing one to delete. It accidentally sometimes deletes another video that wasn’t highlighted to be deleted which can cause some confusion. I suggest that you record then connect to your computer and pick the videos you want and delete the others that are trash. Again these problems might just be my camera and it might not affect other same manufactured cameras from the seller.

Cant keep camera nor remote on. Can't hear beeps at highest level to get confirmation of shot. Simply put missing shots and video. Remote sometimes works but over several minutes stops. I bought this to quickly take photos and video on bike rides. Not working out so well. After 3rd attempt decided to return. Later received message that a firmware update could fix camera, app freezing, remote and not charging correctly. Somewhat doubting that firmware would have fixed all of this.

I have a few cams different brands and this is the best one so far, I like the voice command remote so I can just take pictures and video with my voice. I recommend this video to others.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s Not worth one star , it shut down often suddenly when I use it. I got on Jan 21st ,Mar 8th was broken and not available to start up(it shows need to change battery),the horrible thing is I can not return it and they cheat customers cause they sell bad quality products to customer and can not return to them.
