Those who have fine, thin hair - does it leave your hair limp? Also do you rinse it out before drying and styling?

I have shoulder length fine grey hair, and honestly, this is the best masque I have ever used. I put it on and took a long bath the other night, and when I rinsed it out my hair was soft and full of body. There have been days when I've used it like I would a conditioner when I was in a hurry and it works well that way too! I love it.

Does it contain protein?

I looked & looked - while I could not find 'protein' as an ingredient - the ingredients that are in this product is amazing. I plan on getting other products this company makes. I hope you try it, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
