What is the difference between the ses880btr and the ses890bss?

We do not make a model 'SES890BSS'. The Sage® SES880BTR Barista™ Touch in Black Truffle is a more compact machine then the SES980BSS Oracle™ in Brushed Stainless Steel. The Oracle™ does not have the touch screen but it does have individual boilers for steaming and espresso shots. The Barista™ Touch does have a slightly quicker heat up time. Going to the Sage® home page and looking through their Espresso products, there is a comparison feature that allows you to do a side by side comparison of the main features of the machines, up to three machines at a time.

My milk wand always says its blocked. I have taken it apart and soaked and cleaned it and purged it many times still no joy. Any tips?
