First-time buyers: please read the description before buying. This is a mass gainer and not recommended for those who want to lose weight. For those who are complaining about this product, this is by far the best choice I have ever made. How can you complain? This is not my first time buying it. It's actually the second time. The first time I had the chocolate flavor. I must say that it was very sweet and I didn't like it, but it helped me bulk up quickly. Now I have the vanilla flavor, as you can see, along with a 900ml shaker because I want to use it properly this time. In my opinion, you should go for the vanilla flavor because it's less sweet than the chocolate one. For those who say the box came half-empty, what do you expect? You get what you pay for. If you think you've been scammed, go ahead and put this on a scale. You'll see that there's more than 2kg in there. I personally used this product for 2 weeks and noticed a change from the first week. I also got so many compliments. All my friends and my sisters were telling me that I got bigger - my arms, my legs, my entire body got bigger, and my face also got a bit fat (which is a side effect but it's not that bad). Guys, stop complaining and read the description. This product really does its job as a perfect mass gainer. I usually took this before going to the gym, only one time per day, with 3 scoops and 300ml of cold water. That's because if I use more, I get indigestion. You must choose the right amount for you depending on your weight. This time I want to use it properly. I got a 900ml shaker so I can have it with me all day for 2 servings per day. Since I got used to the product, I think I won't experience any indigestion anymore. Before, I only used it once per day, and it helped me gain more energy and power. Great product and definitely works well for gaining weight if used as a supplement (which it is supposed to be) and not a meal replacement. The taste is great in addition.I use milk instead of water (as instructed), however the recommended portion of powder is way too much for a smooth blend. I use a customised ratio of scoops to milk, otherwise you might as well eat it with a spoon instead of trying to drink it.Also, if you're using for the first time, do not take as instructed immediately as you'll find yourself in the bathroom most of the day. Build up incrementally until your body begins to retain more of the intake than it gets rid of (usually about 2 weeks).

The taste of it at first is a-bit sickly when you put two scoops in is was a-bit clumpy and so thick it made me full for a good hour then then eat again one scoop it tasted nicer and less clumpy then two scoops i think it’s good for the money the quality nice don’t recommend to put 2 scoops

Too much soya protein not enough whey and feels a bit pilly now suppressed my hunger a bit but does add calories I take one mixed with clean water + jersy milk + vitamin bottle 1/3 in a mixer blend it got a nice shake.

The product is disguising been taking mass gainer for 6months thought I’d try a new brand not drinkable without my body wanting to reject it got a awful powder taste doesn’t matter how much you blend or shake the powder taste is still there avoid this product.

Side note the packaging has changed its a much stonger plastic material and was also wrapped in a extra durible paper thing lol. Been using since November 2018 and seen I have gained weight and improve on my gains in training too. Bought vanilla to try it's much thiner then the chocolate and way easier to drink 5 stars just for that as I used find drinking chocolate would take longer as it's more thicker in texture.will carry on using but its vanilla for me from now on. Ps another trick is to mix a whole banana or 8 strawberry makes it extra nice lol
