Just wanted to make it snow in Arizona for my children. Sure nuff received both snow machines and neither one works. They're supposed to be new and one of them was clearly not. Trying to get in touch with customer service definitely contacting Better Business Bureau on this matter!

The Snow last FOOOOOOOREVER, and who doesn't love that? There was a little bit of reside left mehind, but nothing more than expected. Wam town to wipeoff furniture, and hose to clean the patio. I love this stuff! And I WILL be buying more for my next(2) American DJ VF Flurry High Output Snow Machines w/ Remotes & (2) Snow Fluids
