Q: What reticle adjustment does it have?

The answer is none. It is a fixed reticle. You cannot switch between the 68MOA circle with dot/s in center to crosshairs or just the dot. For EOTech the numbers tell you about the reticle and the dots. A #-2 means there will be two red dots in the middle of your circle reticle whereas a #-0 means it’s just the reticle and single dot. Forgot what the first number meant at the moment. Google.

Q: is this absolute or lower 1/3rd? i want a lower 1/3rd co witness. do i also need to buy a riser? thanks

The XPS is absolute co-witness. I can confirm, this is how mine is set up. The EXPS is lower 1/3. Below is from the EOTech website. How to Mechanically Zero an EOTech with M4 Iron Sights: All Eotech sights are designed to co-Witness with iron sights on the standard AR15 platform. Sights with side buttons and/or factory equipped quick detach levers will co-witness in the lower 1/3 of the window. All other models will co-witness in the center of the window. Hope this helps. this is an XPS2-2. buttons are on the rear. The EXPS has the buttons on the side.Thanks

it will fit on any standard picatinny rail without any additional mount.
