Get Durable
I am embarrassed. It took me decades, but I now know there is a difference between the thickness of flagged versus tabbed post-its. Geesh. Anyway, these do a great job. I can grab it and go to the page I need without issue. Meaning it stays in place, good stick, where I put it, and is easy for reuse, it is sturdy, and the size I need.

Excellent tabs for books or files. They stick and are resusable.

Medium thickness. Not super thick but not super flimsy
Use these for school for my daughter. I love them because I can unstick and restick them many times without having to throw them away. The tabs themselves are very durable. You could write on them and erase but I'm not sure how many times. These are not the super flimsy thin ones, but they are not the thickest ones I've gotten either so they're somewhere in between. Good price for what you get

Easy to use tabs
I'm in a choir and use many pages of music. I have trouble turning thin music pages especially during a concert. These tabs are perfect for this. The tabs are packaged to make removing and attachment easy.

Wide enough for writing
Use this type for all my sorting and indexing needs. When you use a permanent marker they stay in place. Now, I always place a piece of tape at the end of label for extra seal.

excellent bookmarks
I use these to mark pages in cookbooks and travel guides, etc. The adhesive stays put, but is easy enough to remove without leaving anything behind or damaging pages. I write on them using an extra fine point sharpie- other pens swear/ wipe off. The texture makes me think you could possibly use pencil but I haven't personally tried it.
