Skechers Mens Sargeants verdict Waterproof Boot

I had a pair for 8 years and I noticed the top part of the boot was ripping yesterday …. After 8 years ! I ordered the same boots yesterday and they were at my door this afternoon . They fit like a glove and they feel broken in already . Love sketchers !

Over the last few decades I have tried many brands of boots. I used to expect good boots to last a long long time. Since my feet have changed due to age, I now look for a good boot that will last awhile without spending hundreds of dollars. I purchased the Skechers to try out, and let me tella you, these boots are awesome!, great comfortable and seem to be durable. I'm in my 3rd week of a tough job and they are holding up great!. At this point I will definitely buy another pair.

True to size, look good and fairly comfortable.

Never purchased the Sketcher's brand in shoes before, so was a little hesitant when I saw these. After reading the positive reviews, I gave them a shot. As with any new boot, they were pretty stiff. But after wearing them for a week, they've broken in quite nice. Surprised at how comfortable they were, even after a 10 hour day. The toe area is a little snug, but I'm wearing boot socks, which tend to be a little thicker, so ... They handle the water well even without mink oil. But suggest sealing if you're going to be in a constant wet environment. Overall, a really good fit. Great boot for the price.

I've been wearing Skechers work boots for years. Great comfort and durable.Glad to have them delivered to my front door.

Have owned these a couple months but only wore once to grocery store and started to get blisters. Mostly at the back of ankle in spite of the padded collar. These will need more break in than any other boot I have owned. I would have returned these if not for the clearance price, good fit, and nice look of the boots. Hopefull that I can break these in with some padded socks by wearing for short periods. There are no tongue gussets on these, and tongue is quite thick. I also want to mention than they weigh a ton; over 18oz each. They might even be heavier than that as they maxxed out my little scale. I have a well worn pair of their Barillas that are a world of difference at under 13oz each. They should bring those back to market.

I love these boots by Skechers. Arguably the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. They certainly appear to be built well and the color is very pleasing to the eye. I especially like the fact that these boots have a very lived in look and feel, kind of feels like they have a road worn, distressed look, there’s even some strategically placed scuffs and scratches which give the boots a very authentic look. initially I had to take a second look because I thought they were preowned. Then I put my foot in them and it was like putting a foot into a cloud. In regards to the construction of these boots, they are put together well, although they are not heavy and clunky in any way.In regards to being waterproof, I can’t say for sure, but I wore them in the snow while shoveling my walkway and my feet did not get wet, now I know that’s not a true litmus test, verifying their water proof qualities, but my feet did not get wet. Grip wise??? the soul is thick, in all honesty I thought the soul would be thicker, I realize it’s off-topic, but hi five to the delivery team as these boots arrived before the due date.If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable and durable pair of boots that can handle everything you can throw at them, these are a good pick.
