After Lidl discontinued their limescale remover spray, I needed a replacement - the water is very hard in our area. I tried this and don't regret it. Smells nice, great spray distribution and does actually work. I find using a damp sponge/cloth works best. It can get a bit foamy when scrubbing but plenty of cold water washes that away. Buff out with a microfiber cloth after and everything will look brand new!

This is nice and foamy, is brilliant for the sinks and getting the taps really shiny and bright. Big fan of it, doesn't smell to strong but does do a cracking job on the taps, the sink and especially on the shower too.

Absolutely brilliant! I already love Cif, but this Cleanboost spray has me cleaning like I’m in a TV advert. This is honestly one of the best bathroom cleaners I’ve used. It does exactly what it claims...cuts through grime and removes limescale really effectively across most areas of the bathroom. Sinks, taps, tiles, shower screens - it handles them all without much effort. I usually use Viakal Limescale Remover Spray when I want that extra long-lasting shine, and it’s great for tougher limescale. But whenever I run out, this Cif Cleanboost spray does a very close job, which says a lot. The big advantage with this one is versatility. You can’t use Viakal on every surface, but this Cif cleaner is safe for most bathroom materials — ceramic, chrome, enamel, plastic, and stainless steel — which makes it much more convenient for everyday use. It’s become my go-to for regular cleaning because it’s quick, effective, and doesn’t require switching between multiple products. Definitely worth having in your cleaning routine.
