Definitely recommended for those with sensitive tummies
My son & I were 'blessed' with having sensitives tummies. We've been using Phazyme for years now & typically take 2 because the gas discomfort can get really bad sometimes. Two seem to do the trick rather quickly & help settle things down. I always carry some with me. It's a staple in my purse.

I was having incredible lower abdominal pain after having abdominal surgery but it was about a 3 weeks after having surgery when I was having the pain and I thought I was having major medical complications and my mother said wait a minute you need some medicine for gas and I was like what in the world? How could GAS hurt that bad!? I was in SO much pain to go to the store so I just ordered some on Amazon to be delivered the next day and lo and behold this stuff took the pain away! I had no other side effects except my major lower abdominal pain went away I highly recommend this if you have gas issues with pain!
