Are they really as sassy as indicated?

The high waist is the section of the pants that is sassy. If you want to reduce the sassy, fold the waist down over itself such that the overall height is reduced. If that is not enough, they can be returned. Look for pants that don't mention "sassy" in the description and they may not have any sassy. Sometimes, down pant waists are just sassy.

How many ounces does the medium weigh?

16 oz they have not skimped on the fill it is well spaced on all panels this is a quality bit of kit cant wait to try it in la thuile the Italian siberia.

I’m 6 foot, 175 lbs, 32” inseam and 32” waist. I don’t like baggy pants. Size medium best?

I'm also 6 foot, 165 lbs, 32" inseam and 32" waist, and like things to be fitted. I scoured the questions for any useful info and i'll let you know what I wish someone had said: The medium will fit your waist (it's high waisted) just fine, and the length is perfect, HOWEVER, I wanted a more slim tapered leg and they are quite loose in places i'd hoped they'd be snugger. Baggy calves, hips, and crotch. The quilted stitching is very faint and the squares could be more filled. If anyone is also wondering, they are NOT a "shiny" or "wet" looking material, contrary to some of the pictures; they're straight matte.

How much do the XS pants weigh? (not a guess please)

I don't have a scale sensitive enough to weigh anything as light as these down-filled pants. They're as light as a bunch of feathers. Why anyone would need to know the weight of these down-filled pants is curious.
