Is it as good as ( razor burn relief ultra ) by lab series ?

It cools and soothes the skin. I am very happy with this product.

Can i use this in conjunction with the moisturizer? should i use a moisturizer everywhere i have not put the aftershave balm? what’s the best way?

We can but I don’t think it’s necessary. The aftershave is got plenty of moisturizers in it. If you’re using the moisturizer by itself I’m pretty sure you can use it everywhere external.

Does this product contain artificial fragrance?

The package says 'natural botanical extracts hydrate. Allantoin soothes and Aloe Vera heals, while Vitamins A,C and E nourish and protect.' And then there is a long list of ingredients you would need to be a chemist to know what they are. The experience of the aroma is pleasant and mild and dissipates quickly, as well as the cooling sensation of the balm. To be honest, I like the product but don't know how the fragrance is generated.
