0s it safe for indoor use?

Yes! You can use it indoors in a normal home environment. Not a camper or tent where the space is confined.

why is it listed as 120 volts ? wth

I don't know. It has a battery automatic lighter.

Would a 6-7 inch pot/pan fit on the burner? And is the material slippery?

It's very difficult to keep a pan that small on the top. I used a small pot to make cream of wheat and I turned to add butter and slid down before I could get to it.
