Is this a salt based fertilizer?

This is a great question. At TPS we run our own cation and anion reactions aided by organic acids for bioavailability, technically these neutralization reactions are called salts. All TPS products have some sort of acid base reaction in their manufacturing process. Some of our reactions are organic and some are inorganic. Bloom is about 90% organic and 10% inorganic. TPS products also contain organic acids, amino acids, and poly-carboxylic acids from plant extracts. Essentially these products are a balanced source of nutrition including fast and slow release minerals and compounds.

Can it be used for outdoor plants?

Absolutely. Many outdoor growers use Bloom and also our one part called TPS One. Instead of the feeding with every watering, you can reduce to rate to 5mL per gallon once per week.

On the packaging it says for used hydroponic or indoor can I use it outdoor?

Absolutely - Bloom can be used Indoors, Outdoors, or in Greenhouse. Also it can be used in all medias Soil, Coco, Peat, Hydro/DWC, or Rockwool.

Is this a stand alone fertilizer or can this be supplemented to a living/organic soil

Bloom can be used as a stand alone fertilizer, and it can be used in living/organic soil, Bloom is actually packed with microbes, there are 7 species of bacteria in Bloom as well as Tricoderma. I would like to note, Bloom is not 100% organic, it's about 95% organic. So if you need fully organic, then this is not the best choice.
