At first, I received a unit with minor screen issues, but the seller quickly replaced it with one in excellent condition. I'm genuinely impressed—it's hard to believe this is a 2018 model! The battery is in normal health and holds a charge for a long time. The laptop has no noticeable scratches or dents, just an extremely tiny mark that's barely visible. The only minor flaw is that some keyboard letters (like 'A', 'S', 'E', etc.) are slightly faded, but all keys function perfectly. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and truly hope it continues to work well and lasts a long time.

Works great, but the battery life lacks.

Product arrived with minimal scratches/ scrapes. Has a scratch on the front part and the "A" key has popped out of place. When I plugged it in and started using it it all went smoothly until I saw the battery icon had a "X" on it. It didn't retain charge without being directly hooked to a power source.I just came back from the Apple store where the employee helped assess the problem which obviously it was that the battery needed replacement. He put in a work order for a replacement but said it might not be possible to get the part due to how old the battery is (2018 model). It'd would have cost another almost $300 if they can even get the part.I'm so disappointed since I paid for the refurbished laptop in great condition yet its core isn't functional. Why even sell it in the first place? I'd skip the purchase, y'all. Now I have to see if I can return it and get my money back so I can just save up a few more hundred for a new laptop from the apple store where I know it'll be functional and have apple warranty.

This MacBook Pro was purchased for a DJ Rig that runs the serato and rekord box software. It came the very next day in excellent condition. I will say the packaging was not ideal, the box it was enclosed in did not have sufficient air wrap. Other than that we love it. It is currently loaded with over 60,000 songs and we're all analyzed very quickly. No complaints and we will be purchasing a few more in the near future 😊

Honestly when I made the purchase I looked back and read the reviews people left and I decided to gamble on it & im glad I did! I got mine in excellent condition!I believe that the people that had trouble with their computer probably didn’t order in excellent condition and maybe order it in acceptable condition.I will say if you are having trouble with it powering on when you get it, it’s probably the charger cord or the box. I have the Ipad 13 inch (2024) so when I plugged it in to my ipad charger it turned on!When it turned on it was working great. All the keys worked and the touchpad work. Its was light weight and the sound was amazing! The screen play was clean and the camera worked as well. It does tend to get a little heat but something too bad.

After reading previous review of this item it felt like a bit of a gamble, but it was a gamble that paid off fully! The laptop I received was in amazing condition, better than what I was expecting. The condition was labeled as "Excellent" and I have I agree that it is indeed in excellent condition! The laptop works as intended and the build quality is superb. Not to mention it came a day early, I have no regrets in purchasing this item. 5 out of 5 stars, I would recommend it. Well worth the ~$350 price tag.

Received my laptop yesterday. It wouldn't turn on and showed the battery was extremely low but it wouldn't charge. I took it to my local Apple store and they did a free diagnostic on it. They said the laptop was in perfect working order except it had a completely dead/bad battery that needed to be replaced. Apple charges $249 to replace the battery. Apple also said that the new aftermarket power chargers that come with it are not powerful enough for this model of Macbook Pro so I would need to purchase another from Amazon or from them ($20-80). So now the true cost of these laptops from Kojack Sales just went up 60% to 85%...
