Great Grip
Used these for the first time after practically skating down the driveway in running shoes, and they worked great! Takes time to get used to putting them on, and feels a bit strange with the first few strides, but I didn't slip and finally felt safe running in icy conditions.

Poor quality
Spikes fell out and the strap broke within a few uses. Poorly made to withstand running outdoors which is what they are supposedly made for
