Where are these made and where are these assembled? Material from el salvador made in usa? Condor supposed to be?

The tag on mine says it is made where everything else that we use and consider "American Style" to be made: China.

Probably. Marines are known for sizing down with these on purpose. They are somewhat stretchy. Just expect them to fit a little more snugly.

Do these have the inner lining like you’d find in a pair of swim trunks?

Not a mesh lining but rather a lining made in the same material but fitted more like small men's briefs. Both layers are thinner but the double layering means virtually no chance of anything falling out and a little more of a screen from showing every contour of what is underneath.
