A must for me.
Being a little long in the tooth ,I don't eat as I should I don't cook much and therefore don't eat the way I should. I feel these give me what I need instead of gtting them from my diet.

I have been taking the MATURE MULTI version. Going to try these out. I am sure these will be just as good.

Hard to swallow
Rated highly elsewhere because of the per pill cost. I agree this product is a bargain, and give it 4 stars for that reason, but the downside is the difficulty I have swallowing the vitamin whole. Cutting it in half helps but it not enough. Be prepared with plenty of water to wash them down.

Watch out, everyone who sees your clown size bottle of vitamins will comment on them
I was not expecting the bottle to be so MASSIVE! 500 large pills do take up space but this is ridiculous. I don’t have room in my bathroom cabinet for this clown size bottle. Vitamins themselves seem fine if not a little on the large size making them harder to swallow than some others but they have a good selection of ingredients so I can put up with that.
