Silentnight 1400 Eco Comfort Mattress | Firm | Single
Having had this mattress for a while, we think we like it. It is firm and seems to be really solidly and well made. Sleeping on it doesn't feel hot at all. Just to comment on a few things other users seem to have problem with: Firmness - It is a firm mattress - I am not sure about the other users experience of this "not being firm enough". So if you'd like to use a 3 star UK hotel mattress as a benchmark, this is about 20% firmer than that and doesn't really give a "bounce" when you jump into the bed. Comparing to the other foam mattress, this is definitely a huge improvement for us. Delivery - it was straight forward to arrange and we are happy with the service - but you do need to watch out for the email as they are not from Amazon, so check your Junk inbox to make sure you get them. The driver was on time, and phoned me a hour beforehand. I told him to deliver this into our flat into a specific place and it was no problem for him. Packaging and cleanness - The mattress did come in in a very dirty package though, so make sure you don't rub against the packaging! the mattress itself was well protected inside. Because the packing was so dusty, when you take it off, you have to be extra careful, as if it touched the mattress (as it was in our case), and the mattress is snow white, it gets stained easily! Handles - finally, yes, the comments on this is correct. This mattress does not have handles on the side, which is a bit annoying as it is a heavy thing to lift! All in all, good buy for us!

Very Very Firm Quality Mattress
Very, very firm Mattress. This is definitely for people with back pain issues. It is extremely firm and provides great sleep. This is the best mattress I have bought, and I wish I'd had it sooner.

Good mattress
I bought this because it was firm mattress. I have a bit of arthritis in my neck and do have issues with my back sometimes so thought this would help with it having more support. Took a bit of getting use too going from a medium soft mattress but once I was used to it I found it was a good mattress. It's not rock hard but more firm. It's good cos you can sit on the edge of the bed cos the support is there.

It’s ok
This bed is good value for what it is, if you want something really supportive then I think it would have to spend a lot more money.

Best matress ever.
I love sleeping on this mattress. This is a high quality mattress. The material is nice and soft and I feel higher up than my old mattress. I would recommend this matress. Dont buy cheap alternatives.
