Good Budget Friendly Supplement
This is a good budget friendly supplement for kidney health.Since I am on prescription oral pills I know my liver and kidneys are relatively stressed (Qhich is normal with oral medication) so I take this supplement along with a Milk Thistle supplements so both my Liver and Kidneys remain in better health.Highly Recommended.

For abnormal kidney function
I recently had bloodwork done at a doctor's appointment and my kidney function came back abnormal. I got referred to a nephrologist (kidney doctor), but I have to wait several weeks until my appointment. I figured that I could be proactive and start doing some good things for my kidneys, so I have started drinking more water and I bought this supplement. My urine does not smell bad anymore, so it must be doing something helpful! The only side effect that I have noticed so far is more frequent urination, but that is also due to my increased water intake. The pills are easy to swallow and they smell like licorice (because of the fennel). I am hoping that there will be an improvement with my kidney function the next time I have bloodwork done, but only time will tell. I will post an update here in the future!
