These always help with a sore throat or cough and the size is perfect. I've used the generic version but that one isn't as strong and it wears off quickly. This kind of drop is easy on the throat and the flavor is not overpowering. Nothing about the texture turns me off. Whatever the ingredients are, they get the job done.

Only criticism: the cough drop wrapper messages e.g., "tough it out," "change can do to can did," and on and on, can be improved. Current wrapper messages are unnecessarily repetitive: even I can come up with 1000s of funny 2-5 word messages.
