I love the idea of this product and it does exactly what I was needed. The downside...it has a high pitch buzzing noise that drives me insane. It is my fault for not returning it right away, but I will not use any longer because I have read that this may be dangerous and do not want to take any risks with electricity. Other than that, it would be perfect if it weren't faulty.

Neat design, but it’s kinda bulky.

I've given it 2 stars because the USB faceplate seems not to have been installed correctly because it is not lying flat and it shifts side to side. As such, I can't fit any USBs into the ports. So once I get my refund and am able to purchase again, my star status will change. (It's unfortunate it didn't give me an exchange option).Otherwise, the product's ability to hold a Mac plug and just the limited space it takes - I really like it. I like how everything folds into a smaller product and I also like it's aesthetic and it would be a plug outlet I'd 'show-off'. Sadly, due to its quality control, I have to return it and repurchase it.Shipping was super quick - even without Prime.
