Is the sealing performance of the lid good?

i haven't experienced any leaks. it is identical to my other lids in regards to sealing (both in ease and quality).

After removing the gas from the post on the lid (and putting it on the regular post), can you leave the carbonation lid on the keg?

This is completely fine, you can leave the carbonation lid on the keg

Will this lid work with a 75% nitrogen / 25% co2 mixture (beergas)?

I believe it will work for C02 and nitrogen. It is a porous stone that will dissipate gas with the attached carbonation stone of a micron size .02 or .05. Hope this helps.
