I am very happy about how well this tool performs. I have several cashmere clothes and this tool removes piling so well, making my garments looking like new.

I’m seeing many negative reviews for this little sweater comb. I almost didn’t purchase it for that reason but I’m so glad that I did! The reason I did purchase it is because it is made of wood as far as the handle goes. This is an excellent product that works very very well. I think it’s a matter of not knowing how to use it for the people that found it disappointing. Here’s what you wanna do. 1. Lay flat as if you were preparing to iron the segment of the sweater you want to de-pill. 2. Brush the comb smoothly in repeated strokes across the area to remove the pills. You can see in the photographs what comes off the sweater. 3. Rotate and shift the sweater section by section laying it out as if you were ironing in it. In fact, it could be slipped over an ironing board for the body of the sweater and repeatedly brush away the pills. I’m not sure why people are so overly disappointed about how small the comb is. It’s precisely the right side to sweep away the pills on the under arm side of a sleeve for example. I’m not sure why people say that it cuts the fabric. I mean I ran this over my cashmere sweater repeatedly, which made it look nearly brand new again. I think it’s fabulous this comb! It really works!

I think the picture speaks for itself. Washed this cardigan and messed it up so I bought this little tool to substitute the battery operated one. In my opinion, this works better than a battery operated one. With this tool there’s no need to worry about batteries running low. It’s great!

works ok but sometimes it snags on the fabric and causes threads to get pulled out. One must use caution when using it on sweaters. sometimes you have to do an area over and over and over and over before it picks up any pilling. Once it's done though it look ok if your careful not to re-snag your garment.

First one had an innate flaw in the wood, so it snapped along the weak spot. Otherwise it worked, but I returned it and the second one works well and did not snap along the wood grain while using it. It works well as designed and if you follow the instructions. Small and easily packed for travel for any last minute touch ups.

I bought a cashmere sweater and after I washed it, it got really fuzzy. Not pilled, just way fuzzier than when I bought it. It no longer looked "sharp". So I bought this and it does... literally nothing. Tried using it at every possible angle, softer, harder -- absolutely nothing. All the extra fuzz is still there. So I bought the top-selling motorized rotary fabric shaver that runs on two AA batteries. That worked like a charm! Instantly removed all the fuzz. I even held the garment up to the light to look at the edge, and the difference is night and day. I see lots of people here saying this works. I dunno, it doesn't work at all for me. Not even a little bit. Nothing. Nada. Maybe it works for crazy out-of-control fuzziness and pilling or something, or maybe it works better on fabrics other than cashmere, but this didn't do a THING for my fine cashmere.

This little comb just gave my cashmere sweaters a new lease on life! I found the comb very easy to use and really quick too! I followed the comb with a lint brush to fluff the sweater again. It is smaller than I imagined, but it works so quickly that I don't wish it were larger. I didn’t find the wooden handle to be delicate as some other reviewers mentioned. Again, I didn’t have to really bear down or stress the comb very much since it was super easy to use on cashmere. I did try the comb on a pilled polyester sweater as well and it was much more difficult to use and barely made a difference. I’ll keep using a razor on that one.

商品名の通りですが、ウールとカシミヤのニット地用です。化繊の混紡のものに使ったところ、毛玉に毛の繊維を巻き込んで剥げていってしまいました。 毛玉を取る際は、なるべく生地と平行に滑らせると傷みが少なく、良く取れます。 面で取るので、電動の毛玉取りより効率的ですし安全で静かなのでとても良いです。

Lange gesucht; endlich gefunden. Ein sehr empfehlenswerter "Entfussler" für alle feinen Strick- u. Häkelwaren. Leicht zu handhaben u. sehr effektiv. Er liegt immer griffbereit, damit ich schon die ersten "Wollmäuse" direkt entfernen kann :-). Kaufempfehlung für jede(n), der seine Strickkleidung fusselfrei tragen möchte.
