Works great
I needed to create a double-layer DVD. I went to Office Depot and was going to pay too much money at the store, all because I wanted the blank DVD's the same day. I ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes and giving up because the Office Depot sales register wasn't working, so I gave up, and there was a line of people waiting to purchase. So I ordered from Amazon using overnight delivery, and paid a more reasonable price. The package arrived before I was up in the morning, as scheduled, and in great condition. So I'm a happy camper!

there's at least four formats of blank dvds...
dvd r plus or minus and rw (rewrite) plus or minus. the rw's can have pieces added to them at different times. I'm not sure about erasures, since your embedding data into the discs; but, if so, you're scratching them more frequently, inherently. be aware that not all dvd players, bluray players or computers burn or play all formats. one of my computers will burn on one format but not play it back on the same computer. read your manuals of said media products to see what formats are played/burned before buying blanks or media players/burners. The same goes for cd blanks and burners/players.

All Orange, but works great.
Yeah so all the disc's were an orange color when the picture shows other colors as well, but that's not a big deal for me personally. What really matters was that the disks were new and clean. The burning went smoothly and I got almost exactly 120 minutes of 720p video burned onto them. Also, these disks are sturdy. If you mess up your one burn and get angry, just know these old disks take some extra effort to snap!

Great for MRI images
I bought these DVDs to hold MRI photos of both of my ankles. I was having to call the imaging center frequently to obtain multiple copies of the images. i bought these to make my own copies of said images. i have brought this to multiple doctors and they are able to access it without issue.

Not really 2 hr minimum
The actual DVD's are fine as far as their quality recordings are concerned. However, the manufacturer states they are a two hour minimum recording and they actually were 1 hour 30 minutes or so. After adjusting our DVD recorder we were able to increase the recording time to 3 hours. Just be careful to check that first, because straight out of the box they were not holding 2 hours minimum.

There just what I needed to put my videos of my beloved pet on!!
My Sweet dog Birdie passed away and I Was Devistated March 24 2022. All these videos and photos I have I wanted to get them from Google photos ... In case something would happen. I defiantly don't want to loose them. I can never get them back. I chose these CDs and so far they are working well in my computer doing exactly what I need. They were packaged well and arrived quickly and I Would Purchase these again and just might! Thanks So Much!

Mandatory for some DVD recorders
I recorded DVD's on Panasonic DVD-R for years. One day, my recorder, a Magnavox, did not recognize the discs. I tried different ones to see if maybe the disc was bad to no avail. I decided my recorder must be bad having owned it for years. I found one on craigslist and bought it. It was used but very low use. It was exactly like my other one but with a different brand name, Funai. I inserted a Panasonic disc and it did not recognize the disc either. Luckily it came with an instruction manual. I never read instruction manuals but I figured now was a good time to start. I read the section on compatible media and several were listed, but not Panasonic. Maxell was a recommended brand so I ordered a pack of 100 from Amazon. Low and behold they worked and so did the recorder I thought did not work anymore. I believe Panasonic must have changed something in their discs at some point because they are all I used for years. So now I have two DVD recorders that both work perfectly with Maxell DVD-R's. I have learned the prices on DVD recorders have dramatically increased due to copyright laws. I paid only $200 for my used one. Motto of the story. READ THE MANUAL and use the correct disc's.

Used these before
I've had a box of the same Maxwell disks for over 10 years. Only one disk was faulty. I purchased this one as I am finally getting close to running out. Most people have no use for DVD disks any more but they do great to backup Movie disks to so you can keep the original in best shape. We gat a lot of power outages where we are and its the only way to get entertainment when the power (and steaming services) are out!
