Good value for money, lasts a long time, well, depending on how often and how many carpets/rugs you clean. I find it works very good and does work on most stains, even some aged, old, old, old stains made my who knows what. It has a pleasant scent and appearance, is very easy to mix.

My partner managed to use an entire bottle in a few hours !?! Turns out the instructions to fill to line 1 and line 2 are for the upright Bissell cleaners, the cylinder style models have the same fill lines but these are for much weaker cleaning solutions. After only 10 uses the bottle was empty, I was expecting it to last over 150 uses. The penny dropped when I saw the colour of the clean water vs. the dirty water, both were very white. That's when I read the instructions and noticed the 30:1 ratio. Despite this, the stairs are lovely and clean and smell nice. Loses a star for not explicitly saying the water to cleaner ratio that the competitors products use.

This product works well, better than most. Just not worth the money for my basic Bissell carpet cleaner. I've tried all kinds. From the stuff that comes up first on searches on here that is a bargain, well not really, for around £15 for 5 litres. The product I tried from that price range just left dark brush marks all over my cream carpet. I'm sure they'd go away with more passes, but it's a pretty mind numbing job. This product leaves faint ones after 2 cleaning passes ( 4 on heavy traffic areas). The result is really good though. The only issue I've got is that Vax Ultra+ 1.5 litres offers the same results and costs £15. So whilst this product is good and may be better with a better machine or more passes. Just does not appear like good value for my uses. Think it's worth paying more than the cheap ones. This is just not really for me.

This is 100% a five star plus product! As my dog got older she became a bit incontinent and there were several urine spots on the carpet in a back bedroom I didn't discover for over a month as we don't use that room for anything but some storage. I used this product with my Bissell carpet cleaner and that carpet looks brand new! All the stains are gone and no urine scent. I rarely find a product that works so incredibly well, but this is one of them. I have only one complaint, and it's one most probably won't have. I am very sensitive to scents and the febreeze scent of this cleaner was overwhelming to me. I fixed that by buying their lightly scented version (same exact formula, just not with the strong scent) and it works just as well. If you love the smell of febreeze, or strong scents don't bother you like they do me, you will love this product. If not, just get the lightly scented version (I got it here on Amazon). Either way, this is a great cleaner that really does the job!
