Cha4TEA 36-Count Cinnamon Orange Spice Black Tea Pod Compatible with Keurig

Like many others I too experienced a completely disappointing experience with the latter batches of tea. I simply refused to purchase this any more. But I absolutely fell in love with the flavor and aroma of the earlier batches and was trying to find something to replace this tea. I found nothing with the same quality of flavor, aroma or packaging. Everything fell short of my expectations. When I first reached out to the company and explained my displeasure and dissatisfaction they were wonderful and sent me a replacement supply. But alas, this was just as bad as what I had recently purchased. I resolved myself that I would not ever find this tea acceptable again. Last week, after seeing that the tea was once again showing as available and in stock, I took a chance and once again reached out to the company. Again, the customer service was absolutely amazing. They told me to try the batch just released. They assured me the original recipe had returned and that I would be pleased. Boy was customer service right! The original tea is back. The gorgeous aroma is once again filling my kitchen and my senses. And the taste? Amazing! Just like the earlier batches! If you were dissatisfied with the oldest batches of tea please give this a try again. (But don't buy it all! Save some for me! LOL) You will be happy you did because it is simply one of the most delicious teas!

If you like cinnamon tea then this is absolutely the one you want to get. I had to buy something for my husband because the brand that he usually gets can't be found anymore so I ran across this in order to try it. The flavors are so intense in the cinnamon is awesome. The quality of the product the packaging is all perfect. We've even started using their coffee because all of their products just seem to be top notch. ***** I revised this because I just got another supply of the tea and there is something not right. The flavor and smell is off. Not really much cinnamon either. Hoping this is just a one off and other deliveries will be back to the quality I'm used to from this company.*****

Once I got used to the extra bite that was in the tea, it was very close to what I was hoping it would be. I wanted a K-Pod that was similar to My instant Russian Tea and this is close. Not sure which spice had the biggest kick to it. Either way - after I added a sleeve of Splenda - the bite of the tea tamed down. I will purchase again, if I don't find my recipe for the Russian Tea that my grandmother used to mix up. UPDATE: Figured out what spice it was that was especially harsh. It is the cloves. Should you like the taste of cloves, this tea is for you. For me it was a bit too harsh. What I did to cut down on the harshness (in addition to adding some Splenda) was to make it two packets of Splenda and add about a 4th of a cup of additional hot water to the cup. This helped cut the extreme clove flavor and the tea is just perfect for me. Hope this helps out.

Alright, guys!! My current favorite! I got this in a sampler box and had to buy more. It is so yummy. I will say, it is nothing like the name suggests. It literally tastes like a hot tamale. I love hot tamales and I LOVE this tea!! It totally satisfies my sweet-tooth without a ton of calories. I brew it into a 20oz cup. So I easily get 2 brews out of one pod. I add half a packet of stevia and its perfectly sweet for me. Its also great with honey. Its probably awesome on its own too. Definitely worth a try, especially if you like cinnamon/ spice flavor. Even my picky family members like it :)

I absolutely LOVE THIS TEA WHEN I GET GOOD BATCH that has that warm, spicy cinnamon , slightly sweet flavor to it. Unfortunately, from order to order and even box to box, because I order multiple boxes at one time, there can be extreme differences in taste. I have had orders that tasted wonderful and kept me coming back. Then they went through a bad period and the tea was awful and then totally unavailable. When they offered it again it seemed they had returned to their warm, sweet spicy recipe. I tried one box to make sure and it appeared the reviews were true so I ordered 3 more boxes. As we got to the last 2 boxes the taste changed. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t the same. Gone was wonderful, robust cinnamon spiciness and gentle sweetness. There was just a hint of orange and cinnamon and it tasted bland. Still drinkable, not bitter, but not nearly as enjoyable. Why the inconsistency? I know some reviews said it was too spicy for them, but the people who really love this tea love it is for its sweet cinnamon spicy flavor. There are a lot of mild, bland teas with cinnamon and orange out there. The flavor of yours is what made it special. The warm, sweet, spicy aroma…aahhh!!! Please, can you focus on being consistent? I am ordering one more time and hoping for a good batch! UPDATE: 01/14/2025 I ordered 3 more boxes of the tea pods. They arrived promptly and I decided to sample each box right away. I took 2 pods from each pod, one from the top and one from the bottom. I washed my cup between each pod I tried and ran a cup of clear hot water between each pod so there would no lingering aftertaste from the prior pod. Each pod from each box was absolutely horrible. It was undrinkable. It smelled bad, like musty, dirty water and I use fresh, filtered water. I couldn’t even drink it because I was so put off by the odor. Gone was the delicious, warm, sweet, spicy cinnamon aroma and delicious taste. Once again I wasted $71.61 and this has happened many times because I have ordered this product 17 times, usually ordering multiple boxes at one time. I am tired of wasting hundreds of dollars in hopes of getting one good box. No one from the company has ever reached out to or offered to make things right in any way since product is not returnable. I have reached out previously about this problem and heard nothing about their lack of quality control. When it’s good it’s very good, but when it’s bad, it’s horrible and it’s been horrible more often than good and I’m tired of wasting hundreds of dollars on mediocre or worse completely undrinkable tea. Therefore I am downgrading my rating from 4 stars to 1 star for prompt delivery. I will not be ordering again unless the company makes things right with me.

I love this tea! Perfect blend of orange, cinnamon and spice!

I have bought many boxes of these Cinnamon Orange Spice Tea pods. The usual high quality & wonderful taste of this tea was not evident at all in this box of pods. It is usually my very favorite tea! But, this box of pods has an “off” flavor, not much cinnamon, no orange flavor (but small pieces of orange rind are in the pods). I am seriously thinking of canceling my subscription for automatic delivery.
