PIVOT gRIPS is a family owned and operated company with a vision to further enhance an individual’s workout by providing a hand and wrist protection product that separates itself from the competition. Based out of Connecticut, PIVOT gRIPS was established in June of 2016 once our vision was transformed into a physical product. The intention of our Patent Pending design is to give a fitness enthusiast the option to have instantaneous hand protection during WODS, High Intensity Interval Training, Cross Training, Gymnastics and various other weightlifting movements. We accomplished this through our unique pivot screw design that allows rotation of the hand protection during workouts with pull-up bar, kettlebell, dumbbell and barbell movements. The transition is fast enough so that someone performing a workout for time can do this without delaying their finish. As many fitness enthusiasts are aware, no hand protection allows for the natural movement of the barbell while performing Olympic lifts. PIVOT gRIPS provide rip/callus support instantly without dealing with removal of the entire wrist strap or having the gymnastics grip dangle. The durable palm protection(leather free) and comfortable neoprene wrist strap material make for an excellent all-encompassing hand support for all forms of fitness. Ensure that you have a full grip on the pull-up bar. Holding on by the fingers will put strain on the material and reduce the product’s effectiveness. Please see the size chart in the photos above. We highly recommend going with the larger size if you are in between dimensions. Picking an option that is too small will cause extra tension on the pivot assembly. Using the wraps for the first time: Align the pivot button to the center of the underside of the wrist. The grips can be used on either wrist. Enjoy!
