What are the "natural flavors" my nutritionist said I cant have "natural flavors" thank you

What are the natural flavors derived from?

There is nothing natural about the flavors. This product is AWFUL! Thin, chalky, no peppermint mocha flavor at all! I won’t buy this again! Waste of $$.
