Love as first time user
Im so tired of nonstick cookwares that the coating keeps stripping over time. They are good for look as some of them look really modern, nice and quite beautiful. But they don’t last. These stainless steel are in the other hand do not have the look i like as they are quite boring and dull. But they last lol. It’s my first time ordering and using stainless steel and i love it so far. I was worried about food sticking on it and hard to clean but my family manage them so far so good. They’re not that crazy to clean and it’s just a piece of mine knowing even if you go rough cleaning them they won’t be harmful in any way. They might not look as good and shiny but they’re safe to cook and clean and we love that! For the price point, this set is worth it!

Great bang for your buck, long lasting and high quality
I got these pans about 13 years ago and I'm now giving them away after I got an all-clad set. These pans are a great bang for your buck. They deliver about 80% of what an all-clad set would for a fraction of the price. If you take care of them and maintain them they'll last you a really long time. I moved across the country twice with these pans and lived in several different cities. I've always been happy with how they cook food. If you want something quality and long lasting this is an excellent investment especially if you're just getting into cooking or you want something a little lower priced but still high quality.

Amazing
I've been on a mission to make my kitchen non toxic and I stumbled upon this set! I love how easy it is to clean and I love how it heats up the food evenly and nicely. The pots have measuring line in them for water and I think that's an amazing addition. I don't have a rust issue. I haven't had them very long but they haven't rusted and once cleaned there's no sticky residue. This purchase is definitely worth it.

Solid Cookware Set at a Decent Price
2+ YEAR UPDATE: Seriously, buy this if you need a solid cookware set. Almost 3 years now and these are a staple at the house. The skillet is still smallish, outside of that this is a great starter set with almost everything you need. The pots/pans still have a mirror shine, are still non-stick if i do it right, and the handles are still riveted tight. I originally said these pans were thin-walled. I may have overstated that. I've handled cheap stainless pots and pans at Walmart and other discount stores. These may not be "pro heavy duty," but it isn't flimsy garbage like real cheap pans are by any stretch. I actually think this set is an absolute bargain, as I've owned a more premium set and this holds up comparably. The one thing you WILL need is a larger skillet/frying pan if cooking for a fwmily. Outside of that, this set has everything else covered. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Welp, I separated from my marriage and left my wife the good Analon cookware (to be fair I bought it as a gift to her anyway). As I had to essentially furnish a whole house all over again, there were budget constraints all the way around. At the same time, I wanted something I could use for years. I looked at some reviews and this set was well recommended as a solid choice for budget cookware. I agree, it absolutely is. The handles are well made and riveted solidly to the pan. This isn't coming loose. The exterior finish is quality... you can comb your hair in the reflection. The set is medium weight and seems durable. The lip of each pot/pan is curled aggressively, and this adds strength to the kinda-thin walls of the pot/pan. Heat distribution is decent, and the time to heat up is quick. In fact, the preheat time is light years ahead of the Analon pans I'm accustomed to. Analon makes good stuff, and their heat distribution is nigh perfect, but it takes FOREVER to get oil ready to pan fry. Not so with this set. The downsides... the frying pan is smallish. It's usable for sure, but it gets crowded if you're trying to cook a meal for a family. It's also pretty shallow. The lid for the stock pot interchanges with the frying pan, so to make the frying pan larger you would really need to make the stock pot larger as well (it's deep enough that it's a good size). The frying pan could still be made deeper, though, and that would help some. The sidewalls of all the pots are pretty thin, but they don't feel flimsy (probably because of the curled lip). And... well that's the only downsides I see. The price and otherwise good construction more than make up for any downsides.

Nice quality
Nice set of stainless steal pots. Just wish the frying pan came with a lid. Have to purchase separately.

100% better than what I expected.
The product is packaged very well, not cheap feeling and durable quality. I use them for general in home cooking and each piece works well. I'm ordering another set because they are much more in the store and are much better than expected. I'm always skeptic of purchasing anything stainless steel that I cannot see because some items have that fake stainless coating and will not be useful after a few uses. These actually does the job, a great price, durable, good quality, handles well and exchanges heat properly on my glass stove top. Have caution but the handles cool quickly too and almost little to no heat on them when in use. I'm not sure about other models but these are versatile for different stove tops. They don't scratch very easily but If you have a compacted kitchen and need to stack them over time you may want to buy some scratch protector pads or stackle pot protectors. (I've seen them here on Amazon and in stores for under 10.00) I don't worry about this problem because my kitchen has enough space to have each pot and lid in its own space. I've cooked everything in them from veggies, to soups and potatoes. First time or beginning cookers please start investing in cooking spray (2.00) I see your post stating everything sticks to EVERY pot, on every review, on every brand.... Simple fix- cooking spray my friend.

Excellent value, even 9 years later
I bought this set of Cuisinart Chef's Classic pans in late 2004, when outfitting my first non-cheapo 'real adult' kitchen. The choice of Cuisinart was based on wide-spread public recommendations as a price-competitive alternative to AllClad. I also bought Calphalon Pro non-stick pans (for eggs/cheese), Le Creuset dutch ovens, and bought or inherited antique & modern cast-iron pans and griddles. Over the intervening 9 years since I bought most of the above: the Calphalon's 'tried' but have all been replaced (non-stick wore off). And of course the cast-iron soldiers on; as does the iron & enamel-based Le Creuset.:D As to the Cuisinart, they likewise are still exellent pans! They've seen daily use, daily trips to the dishwasher, and nothing in in the way of coddling (unlike the Calphalons :P). I've had absolutely no complaints about the pans: The integrated copper disk on the bottom makes them extremely even-heating. And the steel interior makes for simple cleanup and incredible toughness (try using SOS pads on your Calphalon or other non-stick pans :P). No the copper doesn't wrap all the way around the pan. But to be honest, I have a few AllClads and I can't really tell any functional cooking difference between the Cuisinart and the AllClads. :D The Cuisinarts also have well-thought-out and functional design features: The handle design keeps the cool; short of putting the handle directly in the draft of the burner, or simmering for long periods of time, the handles generally stay cool enough to handle without a hotpad. The rolled edges are almost dripless. And the lid fit to pan is almost perfect: They don't lock, but steam doesn't escape while cooking unless you pick up the lid. The steel inner surface isn't technically "non-stick", but functionaly, with a suitable fat or oil, these pans are wonderfully non-stick for most of my uses. About the only time I reach for a Calphalon is when I have something _brutally_ sticky. Other than that, it's often a toss up between whether I use Cuisinart steel or the 'classic non-stick' the old cast-iron. I'd buy another of these pans in a heartbeat. Unfortunately nothing short of being run over by a truck looks likely to make me need to buy new ones. :) My son will probably get these! One other point: It's amazingly refreshing that this is a product - nine years later - that is still available in it's original form. 99% of the other non-music, non-video, non-literature, purchases I made in 2004 have been off the market, worn-out/broken, or completely obsoleted for the better part of a decade! It's nice to know that quality design can still be marketed without the need for the vendor to continually shuffle in 'new' models to replace the old. :)

Truly Chefs worthy
I ordered this all the way to India and the products reached in no time, way faster than I expected. I paid around $65 on shipping and import duties which is a lot and hence made the product slightly expensive. But I cannot complain as I completely love love this set. I just hope it stays well.
