I like this soap, it certainly clean your hands well and have a light natural smell. However I wash my hands probably a couple dozen times a day, I notice it is drying my skin out, so now I have a regular type of bar soap and use it most of the time and use the mud soap when my hands are really dirty or greasy. It certainly is not a moisturizing soap.

Menopause messes with just about every area of a woman's life. No one really tells a woman what is waiting for her when she comes flying around that corner at the speed of light and slams headlong right into that 5 car pile up know as 'your junks dying on the inside of you & you are now a card carrying member of the bat caca crazy club'! Which now means that drop in hormones also means your body becomes depleted of moisture and suddenly your once supple skin mutated into part snake and part alligator...a Snalligator! Scaly coarse skin you scratch at all the time; producing scarring and scabs. I woefully became the Old Lady with an alligator purse, but instead of carrying one I was legit, from scaly forehead to ashy ankles, the ole worn out alligator purse itself. It was both horrifying and embarrassing. But, I am not a quitter and was on a mad hunt for a remedy. If there was an answer I was going to find it, or die trying! After weeks of looking, reading and researching the ominous menopausal skies faithfully parted, and the sun beamed angelic rays of hope to cast a favorable light on this product; and I thought, "What have I got to lose but the cost of a few showers?" So, I bought it. Well, people’s I am here to tell you that all is right in my world again where my skin is concerned. Now people can touch me without me freaking out and slapping them away like I had some communicable disease...I truly felt I was on step away from becoming a leper and going around shouting, "Unclean! Unclean!" Not anymore, though! Not.any.more. My skin is softer than a baby's bottom and I am no longer self conscious about my skin. It's a very beautiful thing to actually find a product that does signs and wonders; and deliver amazing results. All that can be said now is, "Thank you from the bottom of grateful heart!"

I have used this soap for over ten years, I think it is one of the best soaps out there. It was recommended by a dear friend and I have thanked him many times for that.It cleans and rinses off easily leaving no residue on the skin. I spend many many hours tanning, an do not see any dry or leathery skin. Plus it lathers well and the bars last a very long time.To give you an idea of how happy I am with the product, I always travel with it. No hotel soaps for me!One piece of advice: be aware that because of the ingredients, it can make for a slippery shower. A little caution can make sure you don't slip and fall.
