WOJET 20'' Commercial Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner with Wheels 4500PSI

Arrived in perfect condition easy to put together, first cleaning it did very well, it is a great product for the money I would by another one if I needed it,I would highly recommend this product; I cleaned with 3800 psi and it was very quick it saved a lot time with very little effort

I purchased the Wojet 20" when my old 12" bearing failed. The unit arrived in good shape. I was impressed by the quality of the materials and the build. All the parts were included and easily located. Assembly was a breeze and took about ten minutes. Everything looked great at that point and I am feeling good about the purchase. I have a 3400 psi washer with a Cat pump. Really good machine. When I fired up my washer and engaged the Wojet cleaner, the first thing I noticed is it was much quieter than my old one. And while it was loosening some of the grime on my driveway, it was not producing the results I was used to seeing. The surface just wasn't very clean. I decided to hover it over one spot for a moment as this should produce a distintly clean circle on the surface of the pavement if the cleaner was working. It did not. While it was somewhat cleaner, it was far from actually being clean. As I attempted to clean the drive, the cleaner was not producing a good result, even with multiple repeated passes over the same area. I checked the tightness and alignment of the jets. All good, but still not performing well. I changed the jets to the second set sent with the machine and there was no difference. I changed pressure hoses from my washer just to make sure it wasn't the hose, but the results were the same. I checked the pressure with the hand wand and found it to be at its normal (high) pressure. For some reason that pressure was not being delivered from the jet orifices. I was very disappointed as I needed a cleaner that worked. I sent an email to Wojet support later that evening explaining my experiences with the cleaner that day. And to my surprise I had a reply from Wojet awaiting me the next morning. Catherine asked a few basic questions... were the jets properly lined up with the rotating arm, were the jets tight, etc. I answered those questions and provided her all the details of my testing. Again, I received a reply by the very next morning. This time Catherine advised that they suspected a problem in the swivel bearing of the unit, and that Wojet was sending a replacement unit immediately. She followed up the next day with the shipping details and an expected arrival date. The replacement unit arrived a day earlier than projected. I assembled it for an 8 hour job I had planned. From the first moment of operation, this second unit performed very differently. While still quieter than my old cleaner, it was noticeably louder than the first unit. The hover test produced a clear and clean circle on the sidewalk surface. The unit performed well on a very grimy dirty sidewalk. I found that on the dirtiest surfaces, if I moved the cleaner on a slow but steady pace, and overlapped each pass about 50 pct (resulting in a double pass on all areas), the cleaner did a great job of cleaning with a minimum amount of streaking. On areas that were not as dirty, I did not have to overlap to create a streak-free result. I am very pleased with the Woject 20" cleaner and recommend it. And the responsive service and support from Catherine and Woject is really something to brag about. I have never had a more responsive experience with an on-line vendor. Complete satisfication with a complete solution that they offered very quickly. While it was disappointing that the first unit did not function properly, I would not hesitate to buy another unit based on the outstanding backing this company provides on its products. I was not paid to say any of this. Woject earned this respect with their service.

this is a 4gpm 4500psi unit. most consumers wont have a pressure washer that goes over 2.3gps at 2500psi luckily we have a painting business so i have a machine thats still under powered but does the job (3.5gps 3000psi) it will also work with a 3gpm at 3000psi but you might have to move a little slower. it still beats using a wand and makes cleaning my sidewalk alot faster! it will not remove moss build up but that might be because im not using a strong enough machine with it. the machine its self feels premium and well built! if you want to get in to this professionally alot of guys recommend an 8gpm machine for best results which mean you would also need a 5000 dollars pressure washer. 4gpm is good enough for me though.

The surface cleaner work well. I am happy with the purchase. I have a 3800psi pressure washer and coupled it with a 20” surface cleaner. The 20” is very wide for my application It sure beats trying to clean cement with a wand. It is well constructed. Although I didn’t like the way the handle laid down when positioned at rest, because the pressure hose was the only thing holding the handle off the ground. I was concerned that it would damage the hose. So I took a piece of aluminum and made a simple stand to prevent it from laying too low at the handles. See attached images. I took off one star because of the handle ground to hose clearance, other than that - excellent!

Great price for a great product. Hard to find the features that this includes let alone at this price point. Used it the 1st day we got it and am very pleased. Only regret I hadn’t purchased sooner.

In love with this machine. Light weight yet hard core strength and performance where it counts. I like the feel of it in my hands, the ease of pulling the trigger and the castors let me roll it wherever I want it to go.

I've always wand-washed, never having used a surface cleaner. My buddy recently loaned me his 20" Northstar surface cleaner that he's had for years and it worked great. Very heavy duty too. But being just a home owner and needing it for some tighter walkways and such, I didn't like having to muscle it around in some situations (it was a non wheeled version), so I looked for something with wheels. I did like the 20" platform... kinda big but not too big (I also purchased the EDOU 15" wand-attachment surface cleaner, but this 20" platform is much MUCH better for driveways and anything with notable surface area to clean). I came across this WOJET 20" and its mixed reviews, but it was exactly the size and material of what was on my "wish list," so I gave it a try. Box arrived with a huge hole in the top, but nothing damaged inside. Assembly was easy (it came with teflon tape in place on the necessary fittings, but I added a bit more). I tried it out today on my side walkway (about 4' wide and 45' long) and it worked great. Can do it one-handed if you like - just glides effortlessly on those wheels. Plus it was easy to maneuver around tight areas. Unlike the unlucky negative reviews: No leaks; the power handle is a little offset but you don't notice it at all; no spray heads clogged, no issues at all. I saw the one reviewer ding a star due to having three spray heads rather than two. I'll offer this: I have an old tired 4,000psi/4gph pressure sprayer that is barely making 3,100psi these days and it cleaned the walkway with great ease. This surface cleaner felt very balanced and smooth. Maybe that reviewer has a point about 3 spray heads rather than two, but my machine handled things just fine. From my perspective, I'm always a little worried about grooving my travertine or pavers, and the 3 spray head design gives me a little comfort that is less likely to happen.

I was pretty skeptical about buying a surface washer. I read so many iffy reviews on them. I researched this one online, and it had very good reviews......for good reason. Might be the best tool I've ever purchased. I am running a 4000psi gas Honda Commercial pressure washer so that helps too. I'm not sure how it would do with less pressure. This thing really cleans GOOD. Wife is very happy. Cleans the driveway, sidewalks, deck, everything and no water spraying all over the place. I HIGHLY recommend this tool. 10/10. It is very light and easy for wife to maneuver around. I just turn on the pressure washer and water hose. LOL.

WORRH EVERY PENNY This thing is amazing small learning curve to figure out how fast to go etc depending on how powerful your pressure washer is but does quick work compared to turbo nozzle that would take hours with this cuts that by I would say 75 % less time so glad I bought this
