Outlander: Season 3 with Limited Edition Ornament

I read almost all the books and they are some of the best I ever read. I totally love Jamie! The books are fabulous and the tv series is almost as good as the books. I wish the TV writers would pay more attention to the humor that the books contain. Diana Galbadon has a wonderful sense of humor and when I read the books I found myself laughing aloud many times. Where is the funny side of Jamie that we see in the books? The tv series has a tendency to dwell on the dark side and forget that Jamie has quite a comic vein. Also, what about diversifying the sound track? Every time somebody is making love there is this somber funereal music. What's up with the death song when they are having hot sex?The Season 3 (Voyager) had to cut too many good scenes of the book to fit in such short season. I wish it were as long as season 1, so we could enjoy all the best of what the book offered. On season 3 Claire sounds a little bit unreasonable and stiff, but Jamie compensates with his amazing acting and looks (with the exception of the one part when he sees Brianna's photos and he is kind of unemotional, but I guess it is the spirit of The times and of Scotland).

Since I loved the books, I had to get the movies to see how they were. This story line is so intriguing and had to not binge. These are the types of series you want to rewatch a lot! Highly recommended

All three seasons so far are well done! A true visual compliment to the books. I believe the series has brought emotional depth to the characters and provided different perspectives that would not be possible to portray in the books. As a devoted reader/annual re-reader of series, I am grateful for this production. And while scenes I love have not been included, at least now when I re-read the books I have an even richer experience of the world Diana Gabaldon has created.

I sort of agree at times it is soft porn, my only problem is it happens to often. But it is not sex as it shows the soul deep love they have, for me, 62+, they just need to cut back on how often they show it, they do a great job most of the time, and often, with the deep connecting looks they give each other and please do not cut out those no words needed looks. As to plot I find no problem but maybe if one is a fan of the books you read between the lines that one who has not read the books is unable to follow a lot of the plot. (Get the books on audible or some other audible copy of the books....better than just reading this book(s))

I was hoping to get the Collector’s Edition! I have it in Seasons 1, 2 and 5. So now I have the Holiday Edition of Season 3- the box isn’t labeled on the outside like the Collector’s Editions. There is no Collector’s Edition left for Season 4. I think someone wanted over $200 for a used one online!

What a great set of films. Season three carries right on from the previous season and has lost none of the charm and is full of action, love and betrayal and some of the scenes are heart-warming. I am now watching disc three and will be looking forward to season four when it is released. A really great Series.

Outlander is the BEST series every written. After viewing them on TV, I wanted to own them all and started buying the entire series. Blu-Ray is the only way to go. Not for children's viewing. Some strong sexual content, contains violence.

I was very pleased with this purchase of this season 3 Blue Ray DVD's. I read most of the reviews and just was not sure. Well, I went for it, and I am so glad. The set I received was great all discs were there, and the langue was English, and the quality of the picture was perfect. I am so glad I purchased this set. Very happy.

Excellent produit à un très bon prix. Une série fantastique et dramatique, remplie de surprises. Retrouver Claire et Jamie et tous les autres dans cette nouvelle aventure. Pour ma part j’adore cette série mais je trouve qu’il manque d’action dans ce nouveau chapitre. J’espère qu’il y en aura d’avantage dans les nouvelles séries à venir. Car si l’on croit l’annonce faite le 9 mai 2018, il y aurait possiblement 3 autres saisons à venir, soit les saisons 4, 5 et 6. Attendons de voir ce qu’il arrivera, pour le moment je vous recommande cette troisième série. Bonne écoute !

Ovviamente la PRIMA STAGIONE è la più avvincente, cattura l'idea di base della serie: i viaggi nel tempo e i suoi paradossi in chiave romantico-fantasy. Ma poi sono le dinamiche fra i due protagonisti che nutrono la voglia di continuare a vedere cosa succede di stagione in stagione... Attori bravissimi, ricostruzioni accuratissime, varietà di situazioni interessanti. Una delle serie più belle abbia mai visto!

Film extraordinaire tant du point de vue technique que du jeux des acteurs qui prouvent à chaque moment leur capacité à faire vivre et faire ressentir l'histoire elle même. J'étais déjà fan des 8 tomes d'outlander en français comme en anglais et dans cette série (DVD) c'est parfaitement bien rendue: la relation entre Jamie et Claire , le lien qui les unis aux autres, leur mise en danger pour aider les autres tout en s'aimant de manière intemporelle. Les acteurs sont fabuleux et leurs talents se révèlent au fur et à mesure des épisodes, je pense bien sur aux acteurs principaux (du coup on regarde ce qu'ils ont déjà fait et espère découvrir d'autres facettes de leur immense talent), mais derrière ceux ci d'autres acteurs de cette série donnent envie de les découvrir dans d'autres films. Cette série fait aimer l'écosse et fait découvrir ce pays ou encore fait envie de le découvrir. J'attends avec impatience les autres saisons. Bravo. Cette une série que je conseille vivement.
