It says You need to use this with hot water - so have been put off trying it.
I like that there are 4 sachets in the pack. But dislike having to use hot water,

Soooo disappointed. The product doesn't work all that well, but what is worse is I received 5 little packages in the tiny box. I expected a good size box of powder. I received only enough for 4-5 small loads only. I don't recommend wasting your money on this product.
