Nice wall hanging, allows easy organization of keys and mail in an entryway. The unit is light weight, well packaged and comes with hardware for mounting.If you intend to use the chalkboard you need a pretty soft chalk to do so, sidewalk chalk seemed to work pretty well.

This item is great. Just as described and perfect addition to my small kitchen.
