Hercules DJControl Inpulse 300-2 tracks with 16 pads and sound card

This is an excellent controller for beginner DJs. I purchased this and use it with the DJay iOS app and it works a treat! Fantastic for learning to and starting to mix. The advantage of this over the Pioneer DJJ200 is that this has audio output, so the sound quality isn’t reduced when you want to play your music out loud. It is also much cheaper than the Pioneer DJJ400. My only small complaint is that there’s only two knobs per deck for FX, so it can be a bit fiddly if you’re trying to add effects to a track, but nevertheless, 5 stars from me. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to start DJing.

this will be my 3rd decks since July, 1st was the Pioneer dj200 which was poor, 2nd was a numark deck which was faulty and both of them the software supllied was rubbish. these decks are great fir beginners like my self, the software is really good and easy to use and comes with tutorials. i would recommend these to anyone.

This is a great mixing deck from Hercules and much more advanced than my original Hercules mixing deck from a decade or so ago, which wasn’t too good due to scratchy sounds when using the sliders, in which you could hear over the speakers when playing. This Inpulse 300 is a vast improvement, both cosmetically and sounding far superior. The buttons, sliders and pan pots are really nice and smooth in operation, with no scratchy sounds from dust collecting within the contacts - yet. It is new after all. So, we’ll wait until I’ve used it a few times to see if the scratchy sound appears from collected dust particles within the potentiometer contacts. Downloading and installing the software was simple and quick and I updated the drivers, to ensure everything was up to date. All manuals are online but can easily be downloaded. Four, if you want the MIDI Control manual. This Inpulse 300 has a built-in sound card which is great for headphone cueing and it has RCA phono females for external speakers. However, normal (non powered) speakers will sound extremely quiet, as the Inpulse 300 RCA outputs are like an Aux, and require an Amp or Powered Speakers to hear the sound properly. This is just one of two minor negatives that I found. The other negative, is that my former Hercules mixing deck had an ABS Plastic see through cover, which sat over the controls when not in use. Yet, this Inpulse 300, which is almost twice the price today of my former deck, does not come with a cover and when finished using it, you have to box it back up. Not a very good move Hercules. Other than my two negatives, it’s a great mixing deck but I can only give four stars because of these.

I chose this product from a well established name, Hercules as I have always wanted to try out one of there affordable controller that does everything also have all the latest and more functions that what I actually use at the moment which is pioneer controller with full version of serato DJ. I wanted something different so chose the Hercules inpulse 300 which comes with DJUCED software. After having difficulty with my tracks cutting out when I loaded a track, after doing exactly what I was told to do to get everything set up. I was ready to send it back, but I persisted. After getting the latest update from DJUCED software the controller started to work fine, my tracks no longer had a glitch when I load my songs, I was very happy and love the little controller which is easy to learn and navigate around, I have no major software crashes as yet, but we will see. Overall a very good controller I love the look the feel, and learning all what it does, just remember to follow all the instructions and tutorials you will learn a lot from them.

Good bit if kit. Watch this on You tube and make your own decision. I was well impressed and been a DJ for 25 years.

This item is Great for beginners like me who have never DJed before. I use it to to DJ on Second life and it works well.

It’s okay but you need a pc that’s fast to run the Software Hence I had to buy a new one !!

The only downside that no support for Spotify, The supporred stream services are not the ones that normal family would sups rip to like beatport. So it will cost more to have this services on monthly subscription, But other than that it is a great for a young DJ who want to explore. Easy to use , many YouTube tutorials to train your skills.

Ma ci sono molti video altrove per fare paragoni tra prodotti. 🟩Se sei qui è solo perché sei già (quasi) convinto di acquistare questa consolle e stai solo facendo le ultime valutazioni. Io ti posso solo dire che sono contento, 3 anni fa, di aver acquisitato questo prodotto, che ha rispecchiato negli anni tutte le sue aspettative! Ho aspettato apposta anni per dare un giudizio: 🫰🏻Tempo fa approfittai di un'ottima offerta e con 180 euro mi portai a casa questa consolle che, pur essendo un entry level, non ha niente da invidiare a prodotti di fascia media e semi-pro. 🥇Poi c'è un mondo dietro e ci sono infinite possibilità e pareri, ormai per questi prodotti c'è un'enorme offerta e concorrenza. Ma, per me, questa è la miglior consolle della sua fascia al miglior rapporto qualità prezzo... Anche dopo anni dalla sua uscita! ❌Unico neo, che non si ritrova nella consolle ma nel programma associato e che -SECONDO ME- Djuced ha molto da invidiare agli altri programmi e deve ancora essere sviluppato dalla stessa azienda. Quindi se vuoi una licenza Virtual Dj o di altro programma migliore, considera un esborso di denaro ulteriore. Forse maggiore per il programma che per la consolle stessa.

Nachdem ich früher in Clubs noch das Auflegen mit zwei Doppel-CD-Playern und zwei 1210ern von Technics zelebriert habe, ist natürlich im Laufe der Jahre auch das Mixen per Software nicht an mir vorübergegangen, auch wenn das DJing heute nur noch ein reines Hobby ist. Irgendwann hatte ich einerseits keine Lust mehr, alles am Laptop zu bedienen, wollte andererseits aber auch nicht allzu viel Geld für einen Controller ausgeben. Mit dem Inpulse 300 habe ich für mich bisher die ideale Wahl getroffen. Die Tasten machen für die Preiskategorie einen wertigen Eindruck und funktionieren einwandfrei und ohne spürbare Latenz. Die Bedienung ist intuitiv, sodass man die Bedienungsanleitung allenfalls noch für Detailfragen (z.B. die Bedeutung der unterschiedlichen Farben des Browser Knopfes) benötigt. Ich verwende den Inpulse 300 zusammen mit der Home-Edition von Virtual DJ. Für den Controller fällt hier eine einmalige Lizenzgebühr an und dann kann man ihn mit der Software uneingeschränkt nutzen. Die zugehörige Software habe ich nicht installiert, weil ich über viele Jahre schon mit Virtual DJ zufrieden bin. Den Inpulse 300 würde ich für den Home-Gebrauch jederzeit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Für den Club oder den mobilen Einsatz musst dann aber wohl vermutlich etwas robusteres mit einem Mikrofoneingang her. Das war aber nicht mein Ansinnen, insofern bin ich vollumfänglich zufrieden.

Esta es mi primera experiencia como aficionado a juntar música. No tenía mucha idea de qué controladora comprar, pero tras ver vídeos y empujado por opiniones y por traer un software completo me decidí por las hércules. Probé primero la hermana pequeña de esta, las hercules 200, pero se me hacía complicado trabajar en tan poco espacio siendo un completo novato, y esta ofrecía más opciones de control, lo que facilita la mezcla. Llega muy bien empaquetada y protegida. Con el cableado incluido para conectarla al ordenador (en este caso, y al contrario que en la impulse 200, el conector es extraible de la controladora y por tanto sustituible, lo que en el otro modelo es una posible complicación que involucraría muchos problemas) Una vez probada, debo decirte que si buscas una mesa de mezclas accesible, fácil de usar y repleta de funciones interesantes, la Hercules DJControl Impulse 300 es una excelente opción. Tiene 16 pads RGB retroiluminados (8 en cada lado) lo que te permite crear y activar bucles, samples y efectos con facilidad. La Hercules DJControl Impulse 300 también tiene 2 jog wheels de alta resolución que responden de forma precisa y rápida.La sensación al manipular los jog wheels es muy natural y son sensibles a la presión, lo que hace que la mesa de mezclas se sienta como una extensión natural de tus manos. Otro aspecto que me encantó de la Hercules DJControl Impulse 300 es que es compatible con una amplia gama de software de DJ, incluyendo Serato, Virtual DJ (incluido, completo y gratis) y Virtual DJ. La configuración de la mesa de mezclas es muy sencilla, y puedes empezar a mezclar tus canciones favoritas en cuestión de minutos. En cuanto a la calidad de sonido, no decepciona. Los faders y knobs tienen una buena sensación táctil, y el sonido se mantiene nítido y sin distorsión incluso cuando se utiliza el ecualizador y los efectos de la mesa de mezclas.
