Very good camera, bought as it was advertised as upgraded version of one I’d already purchased but it doesn’t work with that app and needs its own. Good camera and Wi-Fi link is strong at 50m

Good quality IP camera and great price on Lightning Deals. Easy to set up on the app, and to get it working, but I needed this to talk to Surveillance Station on my Synology NAS, but no luck. It appears Onvif is not supported, which is a shame.The motion detection is quite sensitive on even the least sensitive setting, so I can imagine getting a lot of alerts if you use that featureIf it wasn't for Onvif support, I would happily recommend, but it's had to go back this time

Bought 2 of these to complete my home security, I have 3 ucam247 1080p outdoor ip cams + 1 ieGeek 1080p indoor ip cam & wanted to cover 2 remaining blind spots outside.Whilst the picture quality seemed good enough the way that the software you're forced to use (AI View) works is abysmal, if you want 24/7 coverage (why wouldn't you) it either records constantly meaning you would have to view 24 hours of footage in real time to check if anyone had been caught on camera (pointless and impossible) or you can set up motion detection, this records randomly and when you try to view any footage caught by motion it will not let you view it, I tried every possible troubleshooting method and reset both camera and app half a dozen times with no luck!It will not work with any other camera viewing software at all.The nvr software they provide will not let you view the sd card recordings, it just want's to record to pc hard drive, also viewing on browser (has to be IE only) has exactly the same problems.I bought these on the strength of loads of 5 star reviews, after the poor experience with these cameras I looked deeper into those 5 star reviews, more than 3/4 of them are easily spotted FAKE REVIEWS (their "verified" purchase was for the antenna they sell for £6 and they haven't ever seen the camera! Scandalous that they allow this to happen an Amazon all the time.Sent back for refund. What a waste of time.

I had to return this product because it does not work without a third party app which is not longer on PlayStore or said platforms. Additionally, relateable apps install malware/spyware and does not do the job anyway. When I did manage to locate the app in some forum - it was developed by a standalone individual and clearly had bugs without support. The CCTV Camera was robust but I had to return it due to lack of software support to set up full configuration and protection/contact away from home.

I've only tested it out for an hour and the only part that's hit and miss is the motion detection notification so far. I haven't been able to send videos and screeshots to email when the camera detects movement. I might update my review once I have more time with the camera.

Very impressed with the video cam. The quality of the image is pretty good. The installation is straight forward. I use the wireless option instead of wired network and image feed. The size is a bit big, but not a problem for me. It does mean the screw needs to strong enough to hold the weight of the body of the camera.

When I received the camera, I set it up on the kitchen table near to my wifi and loaded up the app. The app asks for me to scan the code on the box, there was no code on the box, as a consequence I had to try and set up manually, this has proved unsuccessful to date (3 weeks in). Also the advertisement said that the SD card would be supplied, there was no SD card. Live view is very slow to connect even in my own wifi range, however, when away from home I cannot find the cameras on my phone. Overall very disappointed - for such a quality looking product it has not met my expectations.

I bought this camera after reading the positive reviews. Where did they come from I don't know. It worked OK for 2-3 month. The motion detection would be triggered off by a shadow of a car so I'm getting notifications all the time. I have it on the lowest sensitivity setting but it doesn't make any difference. Now I get notifications of movement but I can' t review it. And yes, I've tried it all. Re-set, uninstalling the app, changing SD card etc. and nothing helped. Pretty pointless camera! I'm not happy at all with this product. I'll have to look for something more reliable.
